            @s0805: It should come straight away. Check your email and spam. You get 2 emails. Tried again and not working for me with paypal. Credit card works fine

          Could it be the card you have saved in paypal is getting rejected rather than paypal itself?

            @CodeXD: Well yes and no. I was trying to use Paypal with Vanilla VISA card which has been working up until yesterday. Eventually i tried buying with Paypal with my standard debit card - no luck. I put in that same debit card info directly into the website and that went through.

            Also tried different prezzee accounts/phone numbers and Paypal accounts

              @cheapass88: I did via paypal and that linked to ING debit card. $150 voucher came straight away, on checkout added NAB code and can see the bonus coming up but then no $10 voucher. Nothing in Junk too…..the invoice they sent doesn't show the 'NAB' code used so not sure.

      The bonus email title has changed. It may be ignored or into spam folder, etc. Check every email after order.

      It used to mention $10 in the title but now just say a gift. A small smart change can cause the eGC to be ingored.

          I am in the same boat using Virgin velocity via PayPal. I did this on Friday and did not receive the bonus.

          I just submitted a ticket and they resent the $10 bonus in 30mins, no issues

    Received the $150 card immediately but no bonus.

      $10 bonus is another email that says "Prezzee sent you a gift" with a 4 digit pin that you use to unlock the $10.

      If you didn't get this email, then best to contact Prezzee:

        Yes, I was on the lookout for the separate email but it did not arrive in my inbox or junk mail. T&Cs say it can take 1 business day so I'll wait until tomorrow and if nothing arrives I will follow up.

      Check Spam folder, on Gmail for example many of their emails (incl $10 bonus one) end up there. You need that email to claim the $10 bonus.

      Update: response from Prezzee customer service at 1pm was that the NAB promotion ended on 30/11/2023. I asked them to cancel my order, which they have agreed to do. So hopefully I get refunded in 3-5 business days.

      Well done to all those who have been able to order today and get the bonus. Maybe I was just unlucky this time around, but I won't be risking it again for this promo.

      I got my bonus for the Christmas Smart card promo, so am happy with that.

          It is common that people forgot the promo code but did not admit it. Sometimes it may be entered but not accepted due to wrong product. TCN is better in this as it is shown in the confirmation email. There's no way to check it on the Prezzee side after ordering, only the bonus email that is flaky to some.

    I made the payment with Paypal then got a message from Prezzee saying "We were not able to process your order as we could not validate your billing details", and also a notification from Paypal saying my payment is under "Pre-authorisation."

    My card has been correctly debited, but I haven't received any gift cards from Prezzee (either $150 or the $10 bonus). Earlier I made another payment to Prezzee, not using Paypal, and my gift cards came instantly. Why is Paypal holding my payment in "pre-authorisation"? The Paypal message also says any pending amount will drop off my activity statement usually within a day. So maybe it will be cancelled by Paypal and I can try the payment again.

      Happened with a new westpac CC I had, I think that is fraud detection rather than an actual issue with not using NAB card

      Could try using the card directly, that way it'll likely pop up with MC/Visa check and send 2FA code to your phone
      People have reported success using card directly and not through paypal/apple pay
