Yeah, agree. They do the same job at the heart of things, but the Cabac set really is a much better product than the eBay cheapies. It's all relative though to what you can afford/what sort of quality you accept.
Thanks RubenM, well it is the lowest price for the Cabac K06 Crimper in Oz….of course there are other brands which are much cheaper.
I know that Cabac products are very good quality and used by many electricians. I never had a return and customers are happy with it(All Cabac Tools) otherwise they would have let me know.
I got a cheap eBay one for wiring up dual batteries and other projects, works okay does the job but if I was using one all the time I would buy a better one..
My eBay one has allot of play and sometimes find myself lining up the crimps/lugs to get a good fit before clamping.
Ever since watching the mighty boosh i have enjoyed crimping but i cant see how this tool will help me?
