Cash card needs to be redeemed here: https://sys.smeg.com.au/SmegApps/build/production/Promos/#/p…. Serial code of your smeg product is needed so you'll have to wait for it to arrive before claiming. The cash card is a digital mastercard emailed to you, which is operated by The Card Network. I was able to add it to my Google Wallet.
Beware - according to the terms and conditions of the cash card offer (https://www.appliancesonline.com.au/images/opt/promotions/sm…) "Claim forms and promotional vouchers from any other offer are not valid for this
offer." So use the welcome code with caution. However I took the risk anyway and in my order the welcome code doesn't show up in the order receipt. I got my cash claim today within 5 mins of submitting.
