        it's a same door bell under different brand.

        There are few more variations of the same item… some of them go as far as changing plastic, most just re branding it.

          I've ordered the Mubview and will arrive tomorrow so I will report back on it's performance.

          I also had the J9 in my watchlist so if the Mubview doesn't perform i'll return it and wait for a deal on the J9.

          Upon further investigation the Mubview (J7) should be the better camera. J7 is 2k video and J9 is 1080P.

          So even at it's current Lightning deal price of $71.99, it should be a good deal.

                  @Villainous: Yes, none of the doorbells are used. I have the cameras on front door, back patio, lounge (for pets), family room (for pets). Takes around 15 seconds to connect and buffer the video then perfect two way communication. The first two i paid $80, then the next two were mid 50s in the recent ozbargain deal.

            The PIR motion detector on mine goes off every 20 seconds when enabled. even when i select the smallest area for alert, it just goes off non-stop.
            Any issues with yours?
