80

Buy 2 or more clearance items (could be the same items or different) and receive an extra 20% off.

Spend over $79 for free shipping.

I scrolled through all the clearance items and I think the pick of the bunch are the Mavic wheels, specifically the Cosmic SL 45 700c disc centre lock front and rear wheels, especially as you can add both wheels to qualify for the extra discount:

I'm not super experienced with bicycles, so I'm happy to be corrected if I'm wrong about this wheelset being the pick of the bunch!

Happy hunting!

Might be a good deal, but I think Mavic went bust a few years back, and they use proprietary spokes/hubs?
Just be educated before you buy.

why are bike wheels so expensive lol

  • are some of the garmins qualify?

Mavic make fine wheels and they've recently changed owners, but the fancier wheels (inc these ones) are still built in France (not that there's nothing anything wrong with Chinese wheels, I ride winspace, farsports and light bicycle rims). They're also a bit deep which is helpful when you're going fast, but if you're out on a windy day, can get a bit sketchy if you're not used to it.
But why the hell do mavic need to feel the need to have proprietary spokes/nipple?
If you're ever in the situation where you break a spoke or need to true the wheel (very unlikely as factory built carbon wheels come out of the factory true and stay true as they're not made with metallic putty aka aluminium) you might be in trouble as some less competent bike stores may not carry a mavic spoke key.
If you need a spoke replaced expect a long wait and to pay way more than even DT Swiss spokes.

  • Is there no search within clearance only items?

    • -1

Yes, second that. There are hundreds of clearance items which are a bit random, hard to scroll through tens of pages. But if I search for something that I need (multiple positions) all not on clearance. Potentially I could find something from clearance I did not think of right now but to find it is a bit tricky.

Pushys recently updated their site and made it much harder to navigate. Filtering is also useless now.

Welp that kills my desire to look.

        Good luck everyone else.
I'm so tired of these companies making the user experience worse. I've basically abandoned eBay because they expect you to spend hours scrambling around their POS site for sales.

No wonder Amazon is destroying these guys, you can actually find things

      • Second that.

  • Not as exciting as I thought. Even 99 bikes BF deals suck

There's an awful lot to trawl through, but there is some good stuff in there.

I think the pick are the Cane Creek shocks, pretty much all of them on deep discount. Lots of good wheels as well.

If you're a rider it's worth having a squiz. There's full brake sets, lots of dropper posts, lots of bike racks. Lots of tools. Tubeless setup stuff, all sorts of stuff. Lots of things I would have grabbed if I didn't already own them.

If you run a Rockshox fork there's a shitload of service kits and upgrade kits, well worth looking at.

  • I recently bought cycling components from CRC/Wiggle…they are in administration but still business as usual and some items are definitely way cheaper than you can get within AU. Took less than 10 days to arrive.

    • CRC went into administration?!

Damn it's rough in UK right now. And Merlin either stopped shipping or heavily restricted to AU.

Not even sure who's left from UK.
