But SCA does need a club membership (but my guess is that you can just ask them to price match bunnings too incase you dont want a club membership, which is free also)

    Got these for my place. Proper solid, however now my wife knows when I want to go for my shirtless lunchtime run when I'm WFH and has a perve. She can also speak through the camera and it freaks me out.

    So yeah the product does what you think it does and visual fidelity is great. However please consider whether they will be used for any unintended uses.

    False advertising. Stray cats definitely are detected as humans. Even buckets get detected as humans. But decent price.

      Overnight i got too many notifications most of them are because of cats. Clearly their AI is not that AI.

    Not sure about others but for mine the detection at night is pretty bad. It will only detect people when they are around 1.5m away from the camera but if you have a big bright light shining on them it'll work just fine. That said it detects things great during the day - the shadow, moving trees, flying leaf, cats, car etc. But at night its pretty quiet even if someone decides to walk around you yard.

    I have these, they're okay. One will sometimes give me just endless false positives from what I think is just a random shape on my driveway. And I seriously need to figure out how to lengthen the recordings - I have it set to max surveillance but will still record the absolute bare minimum. Overall though, for the price I paid $400 refurbs that looked new which I can't recommend enough when in stock I'm happy with them. The image quality is pretty good. Night vision is a bit iffy but gets the job done.

    One thing to definitely note is that the mounts IMO are terrible. I wanted to install them under the eaves, but you don't get anywhere near enough range of motion to get them vertical, so you have to either go into a vertical wall or get creative.
