jbhifi will price match with OW. I think for $400 giftcard tradein bonus from OW is better. Not sure any better deals will come for black friday
OW is better but i don't know what to do with the OW giftcard so just went with JB hi-fi.
I think it depends. Monetarially the OW deal is better as you get a $400 gift card instead of $300 and I see that OW trade-in values are generally better than JB's. However, my understanding is that OW will mail out the gift card meaning you can't use it on the phone. Whereas you get the JB Gift Card straight away and can use it towards the purchase of the phone.
Just depends on where your preferences lie - do you want $400 of additional OW stuff or an extra $300 off the phone?

Just get a Pixel 8 Pro if you keep your phone for that long.
Pixel is stock UI, instant updates and superb camera everything else is good too but not the best.
S23 Ultra, great phone overall but doesn't compare with pixel for camera and software. Unless you like shit loads of features and S-Pen.
It's a matter of personal preference. They're both the best phones out now alongside the iPhone Pro and Pro Max.
Pro for cameras. Samsung for dex and arguably better software, eg battery saver charging

Does anyone know for sure what happens if you don't send in the phone you're trading in? I've heard conflicting reports- that they let you keep the $300 bonus on one hand or that they debit your card.
pre auth is only for amount of trade in on credit card. ot sure how will they charge u 300, they might give u a bill at max.
