I believe it's also stackable with extra 2000 rewards by boosting it.

    • +2

Seems to be only in-store: 500 bonus points on $25 SIM, 1000 on $30 SIM and 2000 on $35 and $170 SIMs. "Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified" .
See T&C in the Everyday Rewards app for more.

      • I believe Sim cards can only be bought in store as it needs activation

Unless you order them online for delivery directly from the telco in this case it will be considered different to Woolies grocery

  • Can you buy the physical SIM card instore or do they still send it to you?

    • Instore

      • Thanks!

  • Sim must be activated within 60 days of purchase.

    • I can't see that in the T&C. Can you provide a link?

  • damn just realise this is just one month

    • What is just one month?

      • +1

Probably realised 30 days is one month

        • +1

Wait 'till he finds out that 7 days is only one week!

  • +1

The T&C stated that the 10% off shop will be effective after 45days of mobile service. However, I got it around 20days.

I have just purchased the $35 sim pack from Woolworths in-store Goulburn, NSW. Can confirm the price was $17.50 and instantly received the 2000 bonus points.

  • Wanted to know if anyone tried to activate this starter pack after 60 days of purchase. Wanted to buy some for the future.

  • does anyone know if porting from boost to woolworths mobile is seemless/automatic as they are both on the telstra network? thanks in advance

    • I don’t think so

    • +1

Just one experience but someone mentioned on Whirlpool that the reverse Ww >> Boost was seamless.

      • oh thanks for that. Guess I gotta just give it a shot and find out haha

        • Do report back and let us know how you go

  • ALDI's upping their 365 day plan by 20% ($99 to $119) for recharges after today so I'm looking at Tls Wholesale alternatives in mid Jan.

Ww 10% off a single monthly shop won't save me much on the $170 annual charge so on a par with ALDI.

    Recommendations?

    • Get the Vodafone $150 starter pack 240gb for $135 (10% 0ff) and receive further 2000 points, so the final price is around $125

      • Thanks but I'm sticking with Tls as I said above.

    • You can get the Woolworths SIM for 12.50 ($7.50 after cashback or bonus point value), activate it, and if you don't want to use it (even for the data) put it in the drawer. It will stay active for six months or so and you get 10% off a shop each month.
That's the value of this deal

      • If I activate 2 sims will there be a discount for two transactions per month?

        • AFAIK - you can only associate your rewards account with one mobile account. So if you want 2 discounts, with 2 sims, you need to create a second rewards account.

  • $7 for 22GB, $9.50 for 64GB and $11 for 84GB after cashback. Nubbad.

    • +1

$7.50 for 84GB if you count the 2000 bonus points as $10

      • +2

        True!

Wanna add this into the description?

Plan Discounted Price Shopback Cashback Cashrewards Cashback Woolies Pts Price w/ Shopback Price w/ Cashrewards Price w/ Woolies Pts
        $25 $12.50 $4 $5.50 500 ($2.50) $8.50 $7 $10
        $30 $15 $5 $5.50 1000 ($5) $10 $9.50 $10
        $35 $17.50 $6 $6.50 2000 ($10) $11.50 $11 $7.50
        • +1

Thanks. I added a link to it in the description.

And the 10%-off on a shop each month is worth at least $10 or $20 per month for the several month that the card will stay active without needing a recharge.

        • So I bought the $35 in store. Scanned my Everyday Rewards but the price remained, i.e. not discounted to $17.50. Also I did not see a bonus 2000 points sign in store. Appreciate it anyone can shed some light. TIA!

          • @mstlx: I bought a $35 in store two days ago and, after scanning my ER code the price was reduced to $17.50 and I got the 2000 bonus points on payment.

            Check with the staff

            • @Dacs: Thanks for sharing. Would anyone know if it's still valid today given it's Wednesday and the prices usually reset? I scanned mine yesterday at self checkout but the price did not reduce so I didn't want to risk it and asked for it to be removed. Supposed I could've gone through with it then return it, oh well…

Btw, spoke to 3 different staff and none could tell me if there's a 2000 bonus points on offer. There wasn't a discounted label as well on the shelf. Could this be excluded from WA?

              • @mstlx: Still showing as half price on their website. I don't see anything about WA being excluded. Have you checked in the T&C?

  • I have three questions:

Cashrewards has $5.50 / $5.50 /$6.50 cashbacks available for each of the respective plans. Service must be activated within 30 days of purchase and remain active for at least 30 days to be eligible for cashback.

    1. Based on this, I take it that even if the service doesn't remain recharged but is merely active for beyond 30 days, then cashback is payable
    2. I just ordered an eSIM and I got emails saying the service is active etc. but I can see nowhere to install the eSIM. No QR Code by email etc. (been less than an hour)
    3. Can one Woolies Reward membership be used to get more than one discount?
      1. Yes, service remains active if you don't recharge, but not if you port out.
      2. I don't know. I think the eSIM option is quite new.
      3. I doubt it, but it's will surely be there in the T&C if you'd like to read through them and report back ;-)
        1. Cool, thanks
        2. Yea… I'd ask support but their support is closed
        3. Haha alright I might have a look later
        • Answer to #3:

Offer for Everyday Rewards members to purchase $25 Starter Packs for $12.50, $30 Starter Packs for $15 and $35 Starter Packs for $17.50 from 00:01 AEDT 15 November 2023 to 23:59 28 November 2023 AEDT (Offer Period). Offer only available for customers who purchase a new $25, $30 or $35 Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Starter Pack during the Offer Period. The Offer does not apply to any ongoing recharges made to an existing Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Starter Pack after the 30 day credit expiry.

Based on this I think you can get more than one and they in fact do not specify a limit

          • +1

            @illumination: Right, yes it can.
I misunderstood, I thought you were asking if a member could get more than one 10% discount per month by linking more than one plan to their Everyday Rewards account.

            • @Dacs: Oh yea whoops my bad. I realised my original question wasn't worded clearly…!

    • Answer to #2 - it took just under 2 hours to receive the QR code from activation. Nowhere as instantaneous as I was expecting

  • Does anyone know if I can buy the 365 day RECHARGE in store (to get 10% discount)?

  • @Dacs -

Note that you still get one 10% discount each month even if not recharged and has no credit, as long as the SIM remains active.

Does this mean I can get 10% discount for roughly 3 months OR 9 months by buying this SIM?

    • You will still be able to receive calls, SMS, call Customer Care or make emergency calls for 90 days after your recharge expires.
    • 180 days after your recharge expiry date, your service will be terminated and you will lose your mobile number.

Based on above from FAQ, I assume the service stays active for 9months?

Also, what will be the minimum recharge option available if I wanted to extend expiry after the 3rd or 9th month??

    • +1

When I've used it previously, the service stayed active (and so did the 10% off each month) for many months - probably 9.

To extend the expiry you'd need to recharge with the minimum plan which is $25 but may change in future. That would give you another 9(?) months activity.

      • +1

Thanks Dacs. I'll probably go for it. 9 x 10% off sounds good.

As for renewal, I'm not sure if it'll work but will try to get a new SIM by then and activate on that.

Currently, I was on the Everyday Extra trial for 30 days which somehow only got cancelled after 60 days lol

  • How do voicemails work with everyday mobile? I'm currently on Boost and find the voicemails sent via sms as a file I can listen to (or mms or whatever), very useful, so i don't have to dial a number to go through and delete all the spam calls. Does everyday mobile, being on a Telstra network also have this feature?

  • Does anyone know if you can activate the sim to a different plan to what it says on the starter pack like Belong? ie. get the $35 starter pack but activate it to the long expiry plan and pay the difference?
