~ No we cannot install Windows 10 or 11 and provide it unlicensed. Any reseller that offers this is in breach of Microsoft's T&Cs. Yes, license keys are cheaper to be found online, but anyone selling a Windows 11 license significantly below what we list them at is losing a lot of money or sourcing from unofficial channels. As for retail vs OEM licenses, we recommend retail as it's transferable in the future to your next PC and gives you access to Microsoft customer support directly should you have any issues. The OEM version does not give you direct access to Microsoft support, and is not transferable.

We offer a per component 'up to' 5 year warranty. Simply meaning for this period of time, if the component manufacturer's warranty is still valid, we take care of it and in the rare exception a product has a less than 2 year warranty, we'll cover the 2 years as a minimum. In this build you'll get the full 5 year warranty on the RAM, SSD & PSU. 3 years on the GPU, CPU, CPU cooler and motherboard, and 2 years on the chassis and fans.

Note regarding lead times

Still catching up from the hammering we got in orders over the last 24 hours for our previous deal. Should have all of those processed and dispatched by tomorrow. Anyone ordering this new deal, please expect a similar 1-3 day processing time at worst as we do our best to keep up with these and all our regular orders in the meantime. Busy time of year with Black Friday deals on in the lead up to Christmas!

On that note, if you're keen on a gaming PC, but after a different spec checkout our FULL RANGE OF PRE-BUILT PCs in combination with our Other Offers (inc up to $500 off Custom & Prebuilt PCs

** Update **

Just noticed a competing deal was posted not long ago in a similar price range ($1588). Looks like key differentials are,

  • Same CPU & Motherboard
  • 7800XT 16G vs RTX 4070 12G Techspot Benchmark Comparison
  • 32G of 6000MHz DDR5 vs 16GB of 5200MHz D5
  • 700W Gold EVGA PSU vs 650W Bronze Gigabyte PSU
  • 1TB G3 NVMe SSD vs 1TB G4 NVMe SSD
  • Sky Two ARGB vs MAG Forge 112R
  • 'Up to 5 Year' RTB warranty (detailed above) vs 1 Year RTB warranty with +$249 for add 2 more years? .. wow.
Final Update

All 24 managed to sell out overnight. Thanks to everyone who ordered, we'll be dispatching them over the coming day or two. Please keep an eye on your emails for updates! For everyone else still looking for a gaming PC, stay tuned, we'll be working on more deals in the near future.

  • Please fix title. 7800XT as there is no 7800XTX.

    • +1

Woops, typo. Looks like a mod just got to it before us. Thanks whoever that was!

      • +2

No worries. This is a very good deal indeed as the 7800XT seems to be performing on par if not better than the 4070Ti. Solid price too.

  • feel this is better "value" than previous one. Good midrange PC should be plenty for 2K or ultra wide 2.5k.

There are a lot of shops selling around this price point/spec though.

    • There's some game benchmarks on our website linked for this exact build here

Was pretty impressed by the Cyberpunk 2077 results in particular! 148.4 fps @ 1440p / high presets.

  • How much extra to RBG the stuff: RAM, Cooler etc..

    • Sorry, for the most part these are fixed spec deals.

      What we can cater to is the following;

Swap to white version of the same case if and only if you order before 10am tomorrow morning and leave a note at checkout (just below the payment options) requesting it. No extra charge.

Install, activate and set up Windows 11 linked here (with all the latest drivers) if you purchase it along side the PC in the same order as detailed on the product page linked above.

Install and additional Lexar NM620 1TB link or 2TB link SSD if you purchase it along side this PC in the same order, just like Windows 11 mentioned above)

  • Another awesome deal! Well done. And your service is fantastic. BTW, your other deal is sold out, should put expired on it.

    • Ah yes, sorry. Usually the mods beat us to it. Will do now.

Just a heads up for anyone who missed out. There is one or two orders that selected to pay by bank deposit that hasn't cleared yet. In the slim chance they don't (we allow 72 hours), we'll 'restock' them and the deal will be live again until it sells out.

  • This is the first PC deal on here that has tempted me. I respect the quality of the components. Lack of aftermarket CPU cooler stands out, I do not know if this is functionally meaningful though. How significant would performance gains be with an aftermarket cooler? Will not having one cause throttling and loss of performance for 1080p but high-spec gaming? Thx.

    • +1

The 7500F doesn't really warrant one, going bigger cooler might be a little quieter but the 7500F doesn't really produce enough heat to really make it worthwhile in terms of performance. Our tests had it at 88c in a 25c ambient room temp after an hour of AIDA64 stress testing which is hitting way harder than any game ever will. Temps during gaming should be well below this. AMD's advertised TJ max is 95C so it's well clear the point at which it would start thermally throttling anyway.

      • Thanks for the thoroughness and professionalism, may have scored yourself a customer

      • Pls consider providing ACTUAL benchmarking-resultS & system temp./info. (eg HWiNFO) with each-deal….with commentaries of strength & weaknesses.

The information-supply will demonstrate your-transparency…raise the bar which is SO-lacking in this space.

The aim is to give buyer-confidence…& confirming educated-guess.

IMO, a tower-cooler help to lower the temp. & clocking-preference…btw, what was the VRM-temp. 'after an hour of AIDA64 stress testing' ?

        A balanced-system 👍

  • Now this is really tempting…

  • Just noticed a competing deal was posted not long ago in a similar price range ($1588).

That RAM would likely make a big diff there and they don't even have options for faster RAM.

Better and tougher comparison would be with this deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/809663
But that has worse motherboard and who the hell is DarkFlash? Don't know about their PSUs…

    • +1

Looks like a cheaper motherboard, RAM, case and power supply, half the SSD capacity and no WiFi or Bluetooth functionality, for a savings of about $150.

I guess it all depends on how much that $150 is worth to you? But I think there's a pretty strong argument to made that spending the extra $150 here gets you a lot of value. I think you'd have a real tough time upgrading the competing system to match for less than $150.

Regardless, competition is good! More options for the consumers :) we'll just try and offer what we think is a superior deal and do our best to convince you all as much. 😋

  • Just on PSU's, and at the risk of missing out on this…is there any chance of upgrading the EVGA to the FSP 1000w Hydro you guys sell?

    • I'm afraid I don't think we can do that. Although, 700w is ample for this spec, even with some upgrades.

Going 1000w is pure overkill and having a power supply that can output more wattage than your system will ever be able to pull doesn't offer you any real advantages. In fact it can lower efficiency as most power supplies are optimally efficient (in terms of AC to DC conversion) at 50-80% utilisation.

      • -2

That's an…odd argument to make against upgrading. People tend to like 'future proofing' and knowing they can put a higher powered GPU or CPU in down the line without having to worry about if the PSU can take it or not. As arguably the most important component of a build, I'd think there would be a bit more flexibility.

Fair enough though, thanks for the reply.

        • +3

Future proofing is a tough one! It's a pretty common sales pitch to get you spend more money but as a general rule we advise against it. The average customer on a 3/+ year upgrade cycle is almost always better off just saving their money up front.

The only time future proofing really makes sense from a value perspective is for customers who know they'll be wanting to upgrade in a relatively short period of time, know what they'll be upgrading to specifically and spec put the system as a whole to accommodate it.

In a balanced system like this, a meaningful upgrade to either the CPU or GPU several generations away will very likely mean performance bottlenecking and upgrading both at the same time (and probably the motherboard at the same time to support the new CPU) means you're spending the vast majority of the cost of an entirely new PC anyway. May as well spend that little bit extra then, get all the latest fastest storage and ram while you're at it and have two whole functional PCs instead of one sort of newish PC's with some parts in it, and some left over parts to deal with.

All that's not to mention that power efficiency could very well improve with future generations and your power supply wattage might not even be a limiting factor :)

          • @evatech: Well said…may be there are more bias write-ups than needed…great sale-pitch by the gaming-industry 🏆

          • @evatech: Nice reply my good sir! RESPECKT!

  • Will there be a 4070 deal around the same price any time soon? Just for better ray tracing and software.

    • +1

Maybe, although nothing set in stone just yet. The more requests in the comments we get the higher likelihood it is to happen.

      • Thanks. Decided to get the 7800 XT just for the performance. Placed the order, looking forward to using it. Cheers mate!
Is Starfield included with the 7800 XT?

  • Hi there, I couldn't help but order one after waiting on a killer deal. However, I was wondering if it was still possible to change my case to a white one after spotting the option in the comments. Cheers.

    • Probably! Please email our sales team ASAP with your order number and the request. If we get it before we open tomorrow morning, it should be possible.

      [email protected]

      • Thanks! Will do so right now.

  • Sooooo close to pulling the trigger but I think I want to hold for a 4070. The games I've played lately - CP, Alan Wake 2 and a handful of others - have really benefitted from DLSS and RT and the AMD cards just aren't up to par with their FSR or RT solutions yet.

You guys make a great impression though and I especially like that I don't need to spend another $300+ to get the build up to where it should be. Chuck us a 4070 deal and you can take all my moneys.

    • +1

Will see what we can do!

  • Any chance there's any more of these around? Wasn't around for the sale but definitely keen!!
