    FWIW I got free shipping on an order of ~$89 after the 30% discount was applied.

      Yes, I think I've seen that before - the free shipping applies and remains based on a pre discount price. I'll add it in to the post, cheers. Popcultcha have always been good in my experience.

          • @Rogue01: Yeah, that's where it catches on. When you try to confirm a <$100 order with free shipping it can't process it and you have to go back and add a paid option.

            • @upliftcontrol: Sorry to hear mate. I know it's worked for me in past sales - it stuck in my memory for being a deal on a deal, and the other poster above confirmed it worked for him. Not sure what's going on…

    • Odd. I ordered 4x pops (~$22 each) and a squishmallow, and I used the code to get the total down to $89 and received free shipping. YMMV, but could've been the non-pop item that triggered the free shipping

    Finally got my order in. I must be getting old but i really struggled with that site. Got some Christmas* themed Pops for my Nieces, so at least they should be enjoyed as decorations for a few more years to come.
    * of course Christmas can only be grouped under Holiday. Took me ages to figure out the Donald Duck Holiday Pop was for Hanukkah, and only then after a deep dive into Google.

  • Received 2 pop vinyl both damaged. They refuse to refund me and have terrible customer service. This was my first order with them too. Avoid guys.

    • Damn that sucks. Partner has had damaged pops before, they sent new ones no issue. I've had the wrong product delivered (~$50 value of the item I received), they shipped the new one and said I could keep the one I received.

      • No way! I've gone onto their reviews and a lot of people have issues with them.

        • Did they offer replacements? I know from experience their packing for a couple months last year was crap and I had some non critical damage on (very common) commons, which I didn't worry about. But they stepped up their game after heaps of people in the Pop groups complained of similar.

    Your pop is not damaged, only the retail packaging. We do understand that some collectors place their own value on the packaging which is why we try to replace damaged boxes where possible but this cannot be guaranteed.

    If the discount code is not satisfactory you are welcome to post the pop back to us, and once back we can refund it to you. Please note return shipping cost is not covered or refundable

    To me it sounds like they don't care enough to take responsibility

      I just got my order (without issue, well enough packed), but if that's all they believe there is to collectibles, I'm going to carefully consider my next order.

      • Maybe just bad luck on my end but it's definitely a shitty POV on it.
        I'll go to paypal to ask for a refund! Hopefully I didn't put you off too much though

        • Rather be pre warned about it. There's a certain US drop shipping company that takes that stance as well that will never get my business again. As far as I'm concerned, it's the equivalent of "Hey you're car is scratched to hell, but it's just the outer packaging, so we're not covering it".

          • @Rogue01: Exactly, it'd be like "your car paint is chipped but it's only the exterior and doesn't affect the use",kind of mentality. What is the US drop shipping company? I'd like to avoid. OzB should have a blacklist of companies for bad experiences so we can all be wary together.
