      Thanks for pointing that out but this one says nothing about lullaby. Also this is the one currently being sold by the ABC shop http://shop.abc.net.au/products/giggle-and-hoot-talkin-hoot-…. If this was the recalled one it definitely would not be on sale.

      Stop trying to scare the little kiddies :)

      Edit: after reading those reviews on the ABC website people have mentioned this does not contain an accessible battery compartment. Oh we'll, once the batteries go flat it will just have to become a cuddle toy.

        You can always try to unstitch it to replace the battery. Even if you choose not to replace the battery it's probably safer to remove the battery once it goes.

      From my understanding there are two versions of this toy. One sings the same lullaby over and over while the other one says 4-5 phrases that are on the TV show. This one in the deal is the latter. The lullaby one is the recalled version

    Just got a call saying they can't fulfill the order and don't know if they will even get stock again. Boooo Myer for not using true stock levels!! I ordered on Saturday morning
    So disappointed as it was for my daughters birthday present and she loves giggle and hoot

    They haven't even removed it from the website

    Haha fun times. I just remembered they said they would refund me the amount, checked my statement and then called them as I hadn't received it and they admitted it hadn't been done.
