Intel 13700K has all round performance edge, which is suitable for Intel fans (7800x3d is good at game but not as general excellence as 13700K). BTW, ASUS ROG Z690-E is also at discount of $440 @ Amazon as well, still good price, to match together.

Worth noting intels using more than double the power and heat for very similair performance at the moment.
AMD looks to be the better value this gen but did they solve those issues with the high speed RAM? Last I checked, anything over 6ghz was problematic.
Not sure, but minimal gains up there though. Small compromise.

bit expensive for the CPU isn't it? look for MSI Z690 Tomahawk deals, I got mine for $289 and it is working well with 13900K
