  • Got one finally. Only had spinning product shots the first time for like 5 minutes, decided to close the app and reopened it and tried again and it loaded the voucher.

    Can someone tell me, is the app supposed to send a notification when these deals go live? Or do you have to check every morning?

      There is no notification. You've just got to come at 8AM AEDT.

    I got the businessportal.hoyts.com.au link but it keeps saying ‘Not Found’ upon loading. I have been refreshing but no luck.
    Anyone had the same?

      Seems like if you use a different IP address to access it then it gets rid of the error.

      • No it is a different issue sorry. I have received the voucher. But I was unable to redeem. It said “ Sorry, we couldn't find that Gift Card” when I entered the voucher number and PIN on Hoyts website for booking

        • Oh no. I wonder if they're having issues with this voucher. I know that some people were having issues with their Woolworths gift cards claiming to have $0 available balance and had already been redeemed by some one else. They've theorised that the same gift card was issued multiple times to people.

          I wonder if it might be the same whereas the voucher you got was sent to other people too. And it's since been redeemed by some one through the Hoyts booking system. That would make it no longer redeemable.

        • You need to make sure:
          - you select tickets from Mon - Thurs only.
          - pay via a Voucher on the booking screen (see screenshot below), rather than pay via a Giftcard at the next checkout screen.
