      I've had a couple of notifications saying it was due to arrive, then had been delayed. Checked orders and it said shipped but I could request a refund. Now it has changed to be like yours: "delayed, not yet shipped".

      Same as my Unstable Unicorns order. Pretty annoying, I must say.

    My tracking has been showing product is in mascot Sydney since 27/11 and hasn’t moved since then.
    Contacted Amazon support today to enquire and they have confirmed it’s lost in transit so will get a refund.
    Have reordered at $59 and will get a refund for price difference. Great service. Many other retailers would just tell you “too bad so sad”
