They also increased the price of the coffees recently. Still cheaper than elsewhere for a "better than maccas" coffee for 2 and better consistency.
Their two for 1 is a life saver and totally makes it worth it. You don’t feel as guilty drinking out when you’re paying 2014 prices.

I read somewhere they are changing the benefit to one 2-or-1 a day, previously there is no limit on how many 2-for-1 in a day.
This is the exact same VIP membership they charge $25 for.

Well, that's weird - I got an email a few days back saying it was due to expire - went online yesterday to renew (having gone through a pain last year to add in the half price discount) - it had auto-renewed me at the $12.50 rate - no complaint. (Don't recall if has my DOB in there, but I am 68, so maybe they auto discount old farts.
Went to do my wife's card which expires in just over 2 weeks, and it won't let me renew - I will try closer to the expiry date…

You should cancel your membership. The expire date on existing paid membership don't change. Them you can manually renew/reactivate with the discount code
This has got to be one of the most frustrating UIs in existence.
MY card worked fine, even picked up the discount from the previous year.
My wife's card - due to renew 13 dec - today is the 11th - log into her account on the VIP Portal. Get to an update your plan screen. It lists current plan as VIP Membership $25 and selected - I hit the continue below, and it sits there doing nothing.
So, I exit, log back in, and hit cancel - It says that It is active till the 13th and that I can renew. I select renew, and it just reactivates the current subscription. DO I have to cancel, wait till after the 13th and then renew in order to get into the option to add the discount code?
@MisterQ: My experience is to just click through to the last payment information page, and that's the only place you can enter discount code.
They are not autocharging before you are in the last payment information. Most people simply stop before going to that page.
