I have 2 of these and I must say its night vision mode is way crisp and better than Arlo Ultra 2 (I have 4 of Arlo Ultra 2). Highly recommended.
One of them is connected to power socket on the wall and the other one works through USB powerbank.
Pan/Tilt option is good. Receives updates every now and then.
However, its price was always around $160-$180 ish.

yes, but be mindful that technically, only Aqara zigbee devices are "fully" supported.
For example my Aqara zigbee devices paired with this hub also show up as Matter devices, but my paired Xiaomi zigbee devices does not support Matter.

How long does it last connected to power bank for before needing to recharge the powerbank?
Depends on your powerbank capacity.
Meant to ask for roughly how longer it runs on whatever capacity they are using
I use 20k powerbank and it goes about 5-6 nights if you run it between 8pm and 1am

Please note apart from technical discussion on pros and cons of this cam against competitors, as long as it relates to the price, I am aware of similar price point on the same product offered at Amazon, JBHiFI, etc, but the aquaria store gives 2 free sensors on this as a gift at no charge which makes it more attractive than other options, at least for me..hope this clarifies.
I use a lot of these Aqara door/motion sensors around the house in conjunction with HA and they're fantastic.. definitely a tempting offer for me too as I could use another hub at the other end of the house but there seems to be a few Amazon reviews complaining the hub doesn't work too well?
