Step 2) Select recycle old monitor on the same page
Step 3) Go to cart and click top right / chat during business hours 7am~10pm - make sure you pick service or support and not product or email [email protected] and ask for a 10% loyalty discount

    The loyalty voucher I received cannot be redeemed with any other offer. It doesn't stack. Am I supposed to do something differently?

      Same also doesn't stack. They gave me 15% of for tv but can still apply to monitor but just doesn't stack

        That 15% is not a voucher… It's automatically deducted when you first use the Samsung shop app. So they do stack, and I just got one.

          I got a voucher via Samsung Chat, it applied but didn't stack. In the Voucher T&C's, it states it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

          I emailed [email protected] and they just called me back and gave me a voucher that stacks. So happy days :). Also came to $1499.25 without Trade-In

      Is that 6 week official on their estimates or just based on their reputation? I ordered another monitor that got pushed back. Was supposed to be today but got pushed back to next week. If it's 6 weeks their estimate, will probably be pushed back lol…

      Web site is buggy. Prices changed for some monitors, stock goes in and out, now they are removing entire listings. Just wait until it comes back.
