  Make sure you only buy consumables from these guys, they are really poor at returns. Took ages to get a store credit from them and constant email follow ups !

    They even refuse to refund when they are not able to delivery your items!
    40 days later (they received the items from China) they still ask if you want them but nothing about refund!

  Would hope the store has gotten a lot better. There was a long period there where people, myself included, just weren't getting their orders and had to do charge backs to get their money back.
  I would be inclined to only shop in store if I really needed something from them.

    Theyve always given me my order once ive put it through just pretty slow. Takes about 3 days before its processed

      This was several weeks. And their reviews on Google at the time matched my experience. During Covid, but still.
      Had previously had decent experiences there.

        Fair enough, mines all post covid, but the processing time is pretty slow compared to equivalent stores

    Unfortunately durring COVID we had a lot of issues..

    This have greatly improved since then, looking at current stats 50% of orders are shipping within 1 business day and well over 90% are in the advertised time frame.

    There are of course occasions where things go wrong and we try our best to make that right!

      How do you dare to state 1-3 days dispatch time when you do not have the items in stock?
      Maybe you mean 1-3 days dispatch from China???
      And that Svoboda crook keeps asking if I still want the items even so I clearly stated already bought elsewhere because the items never arrived!!!
      Order made on 09/10/23 yet that Svoboda crook on 20/11 still asks me if I want the items because now they are in stock!!!
      Seriously, did you guys train in fresh market?
