I did a quick survey from outback and got this coupon

Free Bloomin' Onion or any other starter

Present this voucher and receive one bloomin' onion or any other starter per table with purchase of an adult main meal.

Main meal excludes burgers and pasta.
Not to be used with any other offer.

    Depends which one you go, I still prefer:
    ribs and rumps > hurricanes > outback

      Actually it depends on the location for Rib n Rump

      Manly>Homebush>North Ryde

      For me it would be,

      Many Rib n Rump>Hurricanes Nth Ryde>

      Otherwise

      Hurricanes>all other Rib n Rump

      As far as i am aware they are all Franchises with different owners
