      Kayano are support runners, Nimbus are neutral runners. Depends what your foot need. Apart from that they are both simar in terms of features.

      It took 30 minutes for me. Note the $10 challenge cashback doesn't show up in the cashback overview tab, but when you go back to the EARN MORE tab, it says challenge completed.

    "All rewards claimed" looks like the extra $10 is gone.
    But will get the $10 from 3 shops, and $5 from $300 spend.

    WTF? I clicked the $10 reward and it said 72 rewards were still available (at ~3pm).

    Barely a few minutes later, after completing my purchase (at around 3:10pm) it says there's no rewards left?!?

      Yeah ShopBack needs to find a way of updating the tally more frequently for these promos. Mine tracked from purchasing when it said there were 72 left but I knew there was a good chance it was already fully redeemed.

    Anyones order/s get cancelled? 3 of my orders including the Kayano have been cancelled and already refunded.
    No email from Asics providing a reason. The sizes that I ordered currently appear as available on the website.
    I was only made aware because of the reversal notifications against my credit card this morning. When I checked my Asics order history it says the order/s have been cancelled.

          Asics customer service eventually emailed (shortened version) the following:

          Could you please provide two of the specified options detailed below so your order details can be validated.

          Once we have received and confirmed the below details, your shipment will be back on track for delivery.

          · Driver’s license issued in Australia OR
          · Utility Bill/Rates Notice issued in Australia (with the same address as credit card billing address - please blank out account numbers)​ And
          · Bank Statement issued in Australia (with the same address as credit card billing address - please blank out account numbers)​​ Please note that we can accept a screenshot of your transaction pending if you use a mobile banking app. Please just blank out your account number as we do not need to see that.

          As per our Terms and Sale https://www.asics.com/au/en-au/terms-of-sale we do require you to use your own credit card for online purchases.

          Yowzers!!!! I've never been asked to provide proof of identity docs in all my years of online shopping!!!! I'm not comfortable with the idea of forwarding sensitive docs to get some discounted shoes! Does that mean I need to hand in my OzB card!?! I explained on the online chat that I completed multiple transactions to maximize the cash back I could attain because of the $40 cap per transaction to no avail.
