      You'll find that these upsized cashback promos are very strategically planned to happen outside of other promotional offers in order to minimise discount stacking.

      Same - 30% off from BWS a week or so ago. Used the ShopBack app, vanilla 4G connection, no ad blocking / VPN shenanigans, no disallowed products, clicked through from their front page link in the app - and still no cash back. "Yeah we'll tots get back to you…by March 2024" was a pretty f'n ordinary response.

          I used a vanilla Edge desktop browser (my usual go to for any SB deal) - still didn't track. SB investigation took over a month and was rejected

    Shopback failed to track my wife and my last BWS transactions. We've never had problems with Cashrewards. Take advantage of this offer only if you're prepared to waste time following it up. Disappointing!!!!!!!!

      IMO Shopback does a good job of tracking missing cashback when request is submitted. Had more trouble doing that with Cashrewards.

    Did my first purchase from EBay through Shopback and it directed me to the EBay app. I saw shopback on top so proceeded with purchase. It’s been many hours now, does it normally take this long to track? Im worry as I have a few challenges that rely on this purchase successfully going through. Can I just sit and wait that once tracking is done in the next few days, I will still get the challenge bonus or can other people claim first because their purchase tracked first so my claim is at the bottom and might be exhausted by the time it tracks?

        So you think I will be safe? I have the buy 3 get $10 challenge which I'm really keen on as I bought more than $150 for Asic and missed out because it was exhausted. I thought once you join the challenge, you should be safe if you buy before the challenge expires.

    Pizza Hut as usual moved the goal post. Ordered large pizza. 1 hour later my mate tried the same but was told product doesn’t exist. Pizza Hut not honouring their large pizza.

    Anyone's BWS did not track and subsequently got rejected by Shopback? Very frustrating dealing with Shopback. Cashrewards always credit the cashback back without questions when did not track.

        This is BS, I raised it to SB and they are saying nothing they can do if the Merchant rejected it.

        Anyone got luck getting it approved?

        Would never do it again.
