First time poster.

Was in the market for a Garmin Watch with an Amoled screen and stumbled upon this. Seems like an all time low based on previous deals here excluding the delivery fee. Happy Cyber Monday shopping.

Edit - marked as expired by mistake but had a look and it's still there

Certainly a great price. I have had this watch for a year or so (paid $600+ 😒), you are going to love it.

  • Great price! Bought mine start of this year for $490 through GGC. The after sales support is amazing. Highly recommend!

  • Does this work well with ios? How about car crash detection?

    • Here Im feeling patient so I googled for you

"When the Venu 2 series watch detects an incident during certain outdoor activities, the watch sends an automated message, LiveTrack link, and GPS location (if available) to your emergency contacts. Allows friends and family to follow your races and training activities in real time. "

Am I correct in thinking you can't install any other apps on this?
All my searches keep finding reviews for the updated and improved 2022 version, 'Venu 2 PLUS'

Oh, $44.39 delivery too. So it would cost $400 delivered. Still a bit cheaper than JB Hifi, but who would handle warranty, would it need to be returned to UK, or would it be invalidated as a grey import?

  • Ok - Reading the Amazon Gloabal T&Cs just says " Manufacturer warranties may not apply in Australia and manufacturer service options may not be available in Australia."

Also, is there a hidden Import Tax charge, or is it already factored into the advertised price?

"You are also responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by Australian customs and tax authorities ("Import Tax and Fees") which are triggered by the importation of International Products into Australia."

    • My delivery was $19 for my area so it ended up being $373 in total. I didn't have to pay anything extra as far as I'm aware.

      • Thanks for reply.

        EDIT:
By default it is shows Priority delivery fee, which is $44.
        Standard 'Expedited' delivery is $17.

        "Choose a delivery option:
$17.35 Expedited International Delivery 7-10 business days
$44.39 Priority International Delivery — get it Saturday, Dec 2 – Thursday, Dec 7"

Ironically, I am going to the UK before the Expedited option can be delivered to me, but I can't choose a UK address as a delivery option.
Does Amazon know I need Priority delivery? Is it using cookies, or listening in on my Echo Dot? =O

  • Isn't this one better ? latest model vivoactive 5 not venu 3 . and for me it shows free delivery once you click on buy now

    • Haven't compared the two, but I'm content with my purchase. If it turns out the Vivoactive 5 is better then so be it
