You lost me there. Did you just…

          • double down on your own punctuation error
          • accuse all Singaporean children of illiteracy
          • give yourself a super-sick burn
          • have a stroke

But if you'd like to call my personal credentials into question, despite being published, having spoken at international events and taught communications at a tertiary level, then…

Your sentence is poorly constructed for clear meaning, my friend. As a sentence fragment, and lacking a clear verb phrase, it relies on the reader interpreting it wholly as a possessive noun phrase. You're asking us to intuit the proper noun 'Marvel' as an adjective in this case, and the colloquial term 'crap' as the possessor of the proper noun "LEGO". Your errant pluralisation of 'crap' before the apostrophe further obfuscates that which you intended to convey (unless you were referring to the card game, which lacks contextual grounding here).

My original rejoinder, flippant as it was, simply disregards the apostrophe as the only erroneous character, thus creating a whole sentence containing noun phrase (Another Marvel) and verb phrase (craps LEGO). Given the chronological proximity of your comment to the overwhelmingly poor reviews of the most recent "Marvels" movie, I found the mental imagery of a key character defecating plastic construction toys delightfully absurd. YMMV.

  • Bought 1 Thanks ☺️
