Good price on this WiFi smart camera from Imou (Dahua) if you're after something from an established brand. I thought of this camera after seeing the popular Monkey Vision Bunnings deal, as this has a few better features including RTSP streaming, ONVIF support for NVRs and Amazon Alexa/Google Home integration.

Other features include a 2MP sensor with 1920x1080 resolution, inbuilt mic and speaker for 2 way audio, IR night vision up to 10m, human/motion detection and alerts and abnormal sound detection.

While this one does use the Imou app and has cloud storage, it's a paid product outside of the trial, however you can store footage on a microSD card, NVR or stream via rtsp for free.

    have three from this brand which are working fine.The latency is also not bad.

        Yep, got 2 of this brand and working fine. Also got rtsp on them. App responds quite quick compared to other cam apps.

      I used my existing account $19.64 on ANZ card same as Prong
      Needs to refresh a few times though and changed from app to website but cannot remember which one was a success.

    Is this camera USB powered? If so USB C or micro? Would like to know as it does not come with an Australian power supply and if USB powered it is easy to replace with an Australia plug USB power supply.

      Yep USB powered and uses a 5V/1A power adapter. I know the older Cue 2 and 2C was microUSB, so it's likely this will be the same.

      Looking at photos I found of the unit it looks to come with a AC/USB brick, and the listing for it on MyDeal mentions a DC 5V1A power supply.

      Not sure this model but my imou saves on SD card. Also rtsp enabled so should be able to save it that was as well.

        You probably right. I have (3) different Imou ones to this model and as you said it records 24/7 on sd card as well.

    people are still commenting but am not even able to open the link on PC, mobile it opens the browser but seems to be charging more. How are people able to buy it still - app?
