        I bought both (&BF) got them all, bit paid via amex. Some credit cards ban multiple gift card transactions as its what scammers buy with stolen credit cards. Try a different card.

      You don't use the Amazon gift cards on individual orders. You add the gift cards to your gift card balance (like a bank) and then use the balance to purchase items.

          Correct.

          A number of retailers on Prezzee do not have gift cards available in a $10 denomination (e.g. BP, Chemist Warehouse, Flight Centre, PlayStation Store), and I think Prezzee has never stocked a $10 Apple gift card.
