      I have received two freebies in recent times, but my Coles NEVER had stock of these items when I tried to collect, so I never got the chance to redeem

        ^ This, or they only stock a different size (EG offer is for the 300ml bottle but the stores only sell the 500ml bottle) so many people will pick up the 500ml thinking its the "free" one which it isn't, so coles make loads of extra sales scamming people.
