Still haven't had anything track for first or third order, put a claim in almost two weeks ago and yet to hear back.
Yeah issues with SB are very rare for me personally, but Domino's just doesn't track for me
I also had the same issue with their first ever run with Domino's. Really hope they will honour the missing cashback claim which will take 3 months I think
3 months what a joke. I put in a missing cashback claim last week and if it takes 3 months I won't be using it again.
Just realised there was also a fourth order which also didn't track, guess I'll have to be submitting multiple more claims unless rep can sort them all.

I didn't use a voucher, didn't want to risk cash back not being honoured. Felt dirty paying $25 during check out for 2 pizzas but with sign on bonus, cash back here and also at CBA, I made $5 profit.
shopback doesnt track domino's order, so expect to submit it yourself after 7 days.

My recent dominos order.. Order placed, wrong order delivered, called store they apologised said they would sent another order and i can keep wrong order 7 mins later correct order turned up but he forgot 2 drinks says he will be back, returns with drinks. a further 7 mins later another correct order turns up with drinks. now I have 3 pizzas, 20 wings, 4 Pepsi's desert and nuggets.
Now all I have to do is cook the food in the airfryer for another 4 mins so the slimy chicken wings are edible and the pizza not soggy and was worth the $25 lol
So just for those playing at home, I've had 2/3 track correctly, the only one that didn't was done via PC:

I just submitted a report for missing cashback now, it is in my click history but tracked nothing so i guess that is the way to go
