They give out these codes every update stream. You guys must be high on something to still hold that 'genshin is bribing players' after all these years, every year its the same baseless rumour that you would realise yourself had you even dipped into the game one second.
Its funny how you folks can hold such a weird grudge over a game for so long. We dont have social credits down here, no need to attack a game just because its by a chinese company.
As a Genshin Player, my opinion is, for all these years, they still haven't fixed the artifacts grind, they deserve to loose every award.
For reference, I have being playing for 3 years, and I have only 1.8 sets of "Good" artifact, its not even in the very good, and perfect catagory.
And for Abyss, and if you want a bit fun, not stuck to one or two characters that fits that set, dream on.

yeah the optimisation of GI comes so slowly and some got implemented in star rail first but that game is super boring due to not having an open world
I definitely agree with that Hoyoverse have been slacking off with the complete lack of QoL updates that’s highly requested by players. To that end, the lack of awards is only fair.
But that’s not what original commenter here is talking about. He is clearly trying to put in a snark joke about Hoyoverse giving out free stuff to get players to vote for Genshin.
I hardly even care about this game right now and I'm still logging in to do dailies and events. They've suckered me good. Primogems are a form of digital crack.

I think I actively played the game for a year, first 6 months was mindless grinding. Another 6 months of completing all the events, slowly turned into only doing dailies then given up completely haha. Good memories though
Yep that's me, I gotta get around to actually doing quests and exploration when I have more free time. So many primogems available to get. Good thing HSR doesn't have too much exploration haha.
I'll return to this game once they allow dialogue and cutscene skipping, which may be never. I enjoy collecting the characters and upgrading them, but after hundreds of hours I've lost the patience to click through the sea of god-awful writing. While the story and lore around the world and characters might be interesting, the way it's written and presented makes it so easy to lose interest. It isn't that I hate reading in games either. I loved reading in other RPGs such as Baldur's Gate 3 and Soul Hackers 2.
The characters and combat carry Genshin IMO. Unfortunately, they're burried underneath the aforementioned problems. If you have a lot of spare time, this is an alright game, but if you don't like reading/clicking through anime-style filler dialogue and you want to skip to more interactive content (primogems collection + elemental combat mechanics), this is not it. If I could skip all the bad stuff I mentioned, I'd give it a 6.5/10. In it's current state, it feels like a 4.5/10 to me.
Personally, I won't be voting Genshin for any future player's voice or best ongoing awards, unless they address the issues I have with the game
