Can someone that paid $260 and someone that used the 20% off code and paid $158 check their order confirmation please?
I just noticed this but when i first check using the secret12 code for $260, the cart showed the watch body AND the fabric strap.
After using the 20% discount code, the fabric strap and it is not in my order confirmation or order detail in my account so doesnt anybody who paid $158 still have the fabric strap in the order confirmation?
I see the strap in both $260 and $158 order
I cancelled the $260 one and repurchase with the 20% discount code.
Thanks. No idea how it disappeared from cart then because it was there originally. If things go OOS, they normally leave a message that it is OOS instead of removing them automatically.
Because the fabric band is a promotional item that you cannot add to cart yourself, it comes with the code. So when the code stops working it also removes the band along with the discount
@CodeXD: The code hadnt stopped working when i bought it though. I still got it for $158 so the secret12 code applied and showed the fabric strap in cart. it disappeared sometime after that and thought it might have been the 20% code but guess it was something else

Yup ran into the same issue and contacted support. I realised the fabric band wasn't added but at the same time the link I clicked through clearly stated that it included a fabric band. Escalated to receive a better explanation than "it is what it is".
Have you made the purchase? If the code already expired, then it wouldn't automatically add the fabric band nor reduce the price.
I made the purchase while the code was still active probably in the first hour after the deal was posted here.
I tried using online chat but got a message saying they are busy and to leave a message and contact number and they will call back. Either they can add the fabric strap or give it to me as a separate order or have to cancel the order.
Do you have a screenshot of your order? So you have the discounted price but not the fabric band?

Nah, doesn't seem like it, just the watch face alone which is a tad annoying. I have my old Watch 4 though I think I should just be able to re-use the same band with, don't think I need to trade it in with that?

I did similar, cart & invoice only stated watch body. When I looked at this hours ago when it was posted, I did see the fabric strap in the cart. But I wouldn't have used that anyway, prefer leather.

I wonder if we could make a claim with chat that the band was in the promo and cart but disappeared along the way? Would be nice if they offered a different colour or the same when restocked.

Looks like I missed out on the fabric strap, which I wouldn't have used anyway. But interestingly, I was still processing the trade-in when the OOS comments started coming in, but I was still able to check out ~30 minutes later.
Samsung store website reserves stock for items added-to-cart for your session.
Not my experience, with the usb/buds deal, a few weeks ago, payment will fail and the item gets removed from cart.

Hopefully they are going to honor the orders.I don't see them not honouring orders, $260 is not that cheap that it was an error, the watch doesn't even come with a band without the promo to begin with and we've seen similar prices before with previous series in the past. Every year they have specials and drop the watch to sub $300. It will be the same thing with Watch7 next time.

The reason why some get it different is because they add in a different strap, in the case of a sports band, that would be 260+89 = 349 + the free strap (though those ran out quickly) which would lead back to the intended price (because you are purchasing a separate band).
@snvl: Literally click the reveal deal on the page, or even google it. The results show that samsung prices the 44m bt as $599.

When you added to the cart using the reveal deal, it showed $510, then when you added the SECRET12, it added the -$250 and free band.

Normal purchase of this watch as well as this deal has the band included.This secret sale is for watch6 'bespoke' which does not come with any bands. It can only be added from the secret sale link and cannot be searched for like the other watch6.
When you have the item in cart and add the code, it will automatically add a fabric band for free and discount the watch.

First LTE watch. What's everyone's go to LTE esim plan? Must it be an esim with the big 3 providers to receive calls or make calls of any form? Don't care about number sharing between phone and watch if calls can be made through some third party app. Is there a 3rd party app? Really cbs getting an expensive plan to make the most of this, but it seems like it might be the case.

the battery will be veryyyyyyyyy badI'm assuming you can turn off LTE when not required. Only need it sometimes when intentionally leaving phone behind. Not all the time.
It's only on when watch is not connected to phone, and yes you can turn off your esim on demand.

Do you remember if the fabric band was on the cart when you paid? Just not coming in the order confirmation email? I think ur 2nd order might be too close to the time the fabric band was OOS and didn't make it on that last minutes.
