25% off Travel Insurance @ World2Cover

181
WW25ENTB

Recent 20% code (WW20ENTB), had expired, so I've tried the commonly found 25% code and it worked!

Enter the code right on the front page above your travel destination field. "Have a Promo code?"

Just paid for top cover for a mini-trip, so can confirm it works.

NB. Always buy travel insurance when travelling overseas! No excuses.

  • I can’t seem to add coverage for personal items like cameras or a phone. Unless I’m blind? Otherwise it seems like a decent price.

  • still too much. better to use credit card with insurance.

    • +2

Ive heard credit card insurance tends to have more unfavorable terms

      • Just do your research. Each card varies but mostly good enough for basic travel. Unless you doing extreme sports or visiting ghetto pieces of trash no need for paid insurance

  • +1

Unless you have some kind of Gold membership or whatever it's called ,Credit Card Travel insurance coverage is often very limited.
All Travel Insurance should include "Emergency Medical Evacuation"…You heard it here.

  • "Traveller must be between 18 and 75"……go away…..

    Beware of this company.

Had premium cover with them this year, flight was delayed for a day due to mechanical issue, so arrival one day later than planned. Of course hotel room non-refundable in this short notice.

Claimed with this company, thinking lucky we had travel insurance and this is the typical scenario it would kick in.

Haha, but we were denied, because
** "transport delay/cancellation/rescheduling caused by the transport provider" are excluded from cover**

So what do you actuarily cover? Aliens blowing up the earth?

This is a scam company by definition, isn't it? Not worth of being angery about it, simply stay away.

Read the PDS before buying next time?

Most travel insurance dont cover delay/cancellation due to the transport provider completely, with only one company doing it as far as I know. Some do make ane exception for mechanical reasons though and do cover it, not this one unfortunatelty.

      • Thanks for the input mate.
What would be your suggestion for this situation since most travel insurances don't cover and airlines definitely don't compensate for consequential damages…?

  • Promo code worked, thank you!

When we purchase any insurance (travel, death, pet) from any provider, we tick the box saying we have read the PDS - Product Disclosure Statement. If the PDS discloses that a certain thing is not covered, then unfortunately it is not claimable.

TIP: Use ctrl+F on the website and within the PDS to locate details as to whether something is covered or not covered.

  • 25% code does not work anymore, but the 20% works now. WW20ENTB
