  useless if you'll do an online purchase, minimum $30 C&C, or $150 free deliver. Coles online order were generally terrible for me. No more.

    Same, few of my cashbacks not tracked. When I apply for missing cashback, they end up rejected or still 'calculating' even after several months. How can they reject in-store payment cashback? How can it go wrong there?

    I wasn't even aware of this promo, got push notification, then impulse buy. It did track, but only 0.7%.
    Chat bot says tracking is correct at 1% (but it tracked at 0.7% and should be 100%).
    Website didn't allow reporting it (because it "tracked").

    I did create a ticket and got response in the end

    Please be informed that Cashback will take up to 2 weeks to be uplifted correctly.

      I'm in the same boat (tracked at 0.7% instead of 100%) pretty annoying. Wasn't sure how to raise it through the app/website because it wouldn't let me.
