TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, and avoid browsers such as Brave.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback is eligible on NBN plans only (all other products or services are ineligible), and for new Superloop customers only. A new Superloop customer is defined as someone that is no longer a Superloop customer and has no active service with them. You must remain a Superloop customer for at least 90 days after placing your NBN order to be eligible for cashback.
  • Orders must be completed wholly online, and not negotiated via phone/chat etc.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Customers are able to nominate a later connection date and receive cashback provided you remain a customer for at least 90 days after placing your NBN order.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your - order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

    • Do we need to stay connected for entire 22 weeks?

      • You only have to stay connected for 90 days, but you will be waiting months to receive anything back once they've confirmed everything.

  • Do you always have to put in a missing cashback claim for this? I signed up a few weeks ago for the $90 Lightspeed cashback, made sure I did everything correctly, and it never tracked, so then I had to put in a missing claim, and have received no update just "waiting for review".

    • Not for me, it tracked without a problem

      @jimbler

Do you always have to put in a missing cashback claim for this?

No as most purchases for Superloop and other retailers do track and are paid without issues.

To ensure tracking, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, and avoid browsers such as Brave. If using iOS, ensure you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari and turn off ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’.

It is recommended to use the TopCashback app with mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser to the retailer's website.

then I had to put in a missing claim, and have received no update just "waiting for review".

For missing cashback claims, TopCashback does not add the tracking manually unlike Cashrewards and ShopBack. You won't see any tracking.

You would have received an automated email when you lodged the claim that says to wait several months. There is usually no response during the waiting period. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

Cashback payment for Superloop for orders that tracked (not claims) can be up to around 20-22 weeks. Missing cashback claims would be similar or longer. The waiting time depends on the retailer. Unfortunately Superloop takes a longer time to pay compared to others. TopCashback would be waiting for Superloop to check the claim and pay them and then they pay you. You could be waiting for around 22 weeks without any communication and that's normal. I've had a few missing cashback claims with the 3 cashback sites and had to wait several months. They were all paid.

      All the best.

  • Anyone have a list of providers and the backends they are using?

  • +1

They do pay, but very very slow.
I signed up to Superloop in January and only just got mine approved and paid out now in June.
I think my signup 6 month deal is almost expired, so need to look for a new one soon.

    • Did you see any issue with Superloop?
I am thinking to take this offer.

      • I have used Superloop previously with a fibre to the home setup. I had no issues what so ever. The only thing I didn't like is you had to give them 30 days notice before disconnecting the service.

        • do you know any good one without the 30 days notice?

          • +1

@Brakus: Superloop may waive the 30 day notice/charge. Please see the comments here.

      • I found them lagging on MS Teams before I switched to Swoop. I don't know if it was a Microsoft Issue or super loop issue, but it also didn't seem great on bittorrent. YMMV

I just signed up to Superloop two months ago after reading some good reviews. I am in a Opticom network (apartment building) so switched from Launtel and have found Superloop to be a bit more laggy and slower in general. Hopefully they can sort it out if I give them a nudge.

Just ported to Superloop from Leaptel. Took 30-40 minutes up and running now and max download speed is 950Mb and 48Mb up. Ping is 13ms

  • When will this deal end?

    • +1

@hundredplus Offer ends on 30th June 11:59pm AEST. Confirmed with the rep.

@hundredplus Got an update that deal is extended to 7th July 11:59pm AEST.

@hundredplus Offer has been extended to 31st July 2025 11:59pm AEST. Not sure if you have signed up.

      • +1

Thanks mate. I have not signed up yet.

I hate how Superloop keeps most of simple things like cancel, relocated etc only by call.

    • Same with Exetel.

    • +2

That's what they say. But if you online chat and insist they will cancel without you needing to call.

  • Thinking to grab this, Currently with Leaptel and one year promotion finishing in 2 months.

  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

Guessing based on this condition that going to a higher speed plan a month into the 90 day period would mean the cashback would be declined, or does anyone have any experience of this being fine?

  • Will relocating within a month to new home cause issue with cashback?

  • Is Opticomm Fibre eligible for this cashback or is only for NBN?

    • +2

      Unfortunately not.

Cashback is eligible on NBN plans only (all other products or services are ineligible).

      • +1

        Thanks.

  • Topcash link to superloop is not working.

    • It seems to be working. Try again.

      • +1

        Works now. Thanks

I churned away from Superloop last month and currently have no active services with them. Can anyone please double confirm if I can sign up for a new service to start in 10 days and will definitely be considered a new customer?

Thinking of signing up for 1000/50 @ the current discounted rate of $85 per month ($255 for 3 months and then churn away), $105 cashback to be paid out in a few months, ends up being $50 a month? Am I missing anything else here?

    Thank you

    • +1

I can sign up for a new service to start in 10 days and will definitely be considered a new customer?

It seems yes according to T&Cs.

$105 cashback to be paid out in a few months, ends up being $50 a month?

      Yes.

Am I missing anything else here?

    Thanks OP :)

  • Could not decide to move out from Telstra - Current plan increase to $113 with $20 discount for $93 per month. Never had issues with Telstra and also they have 4g backups

    • How did you get the $20 discount? I'm currently with Telstra but moving house. Wondering if I stay with them, or switch to another provider. Also using the Telstra modem - wondering if it's better to use a third party modem.

      • +1

I never paid more than $70 for their $110 plan which increased to $113 from july. This paln used to be $90 initially -$20 discount and been using since 2016. Upon request they never increased my plan but this time they refused to go under $93. I moved out to exetel -$80 plan. Telstra cancelled my final bill of $93 as well.

        • Thanks - did you notice any difference with Exetel? Did you have to buy a new modem?

          • +1

@unit0000: It took less than a minute to switch over. I did not change the router (It's a Telstra provided router). Right now 353.9 /17.3 in my laptop via wifi. Noticed not much changes on speed test in my mobile. The apps in TV takes a little bit to open, was expecting better. If you can't negotiate with Telstra Go for it. Just remember, you will have shared IP address (CGNAT) with exetel. It doesn't really matter to me.

            • @NPB: Awesome - thank you! I assumed that the Telstra router wouldn't work with a third party provider. That's great to know.

    Thanks OP!

Superloop churned me before the set activation date. Weird? Never had that happen before.

    • Realized the problem. I had an ABB scheduled churn in place. I thought that would get cancelled with my SL churn… it did not.
