  Buyer beware. I bought a 500gsm king wool quilt on August 22nd from Quilts Direct and received an underweight cotton quilt about a week later (no complaints about timely delivery!!). Over a month of sending multiple queries and yet to get a response of any sort besides one auto mesage acknowledging my complaint was received. It is very disappointing. If anything is wrong with your order, you will be stuck with it!!

    Hello, we're terribly sorry about the mix-up and lack of response. We've had too many tickets for our current staff to handle recently and I'm ashamed to say that a few have fallen through the cracks. We're in the process of hiring a customer service expert to help get us back on track and working hard to get back to everyone in a timely manner.

    I've found your order number and it appears that you had ordered a Nature's Wool factory second which I believe have now run out of stock unfortunately. The "Cool Sleep" quilt which was mistakenly sent sells for more than 2x the price of the factory second wool quilt, you can either keep it or we will refund you for the original item and send a mailing label so you can return it to us. Please send a private message through OzBargain and we'll get it worked out for you.

        Your money has been refunded and per your request, you can keep the quilt as well. I hope the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction.

  I also bought a previous Quilt - King Size 5% Down and still awaiting outcome of Paypal dispute for refund.

  5 Sept bought after queries on Ozbargain. Assured not a 'seconds'
  8 Sept received - smell like duck! ie poor quality seconds where the fat is not gotten rid of properly
  18 Sept - after week of airing, same smell. Asked for RMA refund

  No response since. Currently going through Paypal claims.

  Buyers BEWARE. Use Paypal.

  Hate to do this to you, but you're asking for it if you don't treat Ozbargainers well and have any intention of posting here in future.
