So only 2 months old, but reselling wp is nothing difficult, has had the ABN for a few years, and her name is Brenda James, pretty obvious that.

The REP is also very new to OZB and should have taken the time to work out the comment system and learn the basics, but best of luck.

Foo, for future reference, all AU domains must be registered against an ABN, so a simple whois will reveal the ABN, ofcourse it doesn't dictate whether they are legit or not, anyone can get an ABN.

        • Thanks shaw, should be able to remember that. You're not wrong about learning the basics, the post was a bit of a shambles, straight copy and paste from the site which usually makes a bit of a mess.

        • Not a problem, just little things like that that will make your life easier when deciding what is or isn't as per the rules.

You are right about it being a mess, just take a look at the colour scheme/design of the homepage, 1990's rep!

I think if they could get someone who atleast has a basic understanding of SEO/Content optimization they could be alot more successful than they will be, it would only take a few days to clean up.

Will be interesting to see if the REP replies to this with an aggressive or defensive reply. That is how I gauge the customer support/character of the REP, throw them some bait.

        • +1

Customer service is our priority and we have had no complaints yet :oD

        • +1

At least you've taken the advice on replies, that's a step in the right direction :)

        • No, not at all, it isn't about not trying. We need REPs here, it is one of the major drawcards that brins users to OZB, that direct interaction.

What I was getting at was that for your posts to be a success, you have to take the time to format them nicely/make them look good, and also just get a basic understanding of the way things work, which you seem to be doing pretty quick.

I am just trying to help you out, offering advise, that is all.

          Thanks for the deal REP.

No need to edit your post, it was fine before lol.

        • It takes time to learn but we will get there :oD

        • We appreciate the feedback and it will take us time to get the site to where we want it to be but it will get there.

        • This is the difference between a company REP who just sticks their dumbshit face out and takes no advise, and one who actually wants to grow their business by interacting and offing good prices to the largest bargain hunter community in the country. The key word being bargain hunter, we are a tough bunch to win over, but once you do, you won't regret it.

Just keep learning, don't shy away after one post, come back with an even better deal, gauge what people want, do your research and you will be fine.

        • We appreciate the advice. We understand it will take time and lots of hard work but that's exactly what we are prepared to do and the one thing we want to stand out from other companies, is our customer service. Customers are always top priority and that's the way it should be with a business.

        • A few points:

          • Change the colour scheme, blue on blue won't work, neither will any of the bright colours. Your target market will be kiddie gymers and computer nerds who want bulk, you want it to be clean and as unsquintable as possible.

          • Tidy up the navigation, it i the centrepoint of getting around your website, you want it all even and nicely presented, it is what someone sees when they want to view another page, so it leaves an impression everytime.

          • The logo font could be alot sharper, sleaker, more professional. It looks like it was done in paint by a 5 year old, try re doing it, it is the most important part of your business, after your prices ofcorse.

          A few little things:

          • The payment options / delivery information could be down the right hand side, thus reducing the need for extra scrolling.

          • "Visit our facebook page" should simply be a "F" logo somewhere down the side of the page, it isn't necessary as a topmenu item.

          • The background is too dark, making the white image backgrounds look like shit.

          • It might pay to put your ABN at the bottom of the page.

A few others I can't be bothered listing, but just my opinion.

I would also like to suggest a more professional/open source cart software, something like Opencart or Zencart where you have total control over what your website looks like and does. Having spent hundreds of hours on this stuff, I have some experience to base that on.

        • You might want to get your ABN on the site somewhere, maybe in the footnote that appears on all pages or on the contact us page (as you don't seem to have an about us page).

          Maybe change

Have a look at the very bottom of this page to see what I mean.

        • Hey foo, I can account for these guys, they have awesome customer service, which comes with the small number of followers - and they really do listen to customers. They are new and I'm sure with time will grow to be just like the other Aus protein companies.

As you can see below they adjusted their price to match/beat nobullsupplements. A bit of friendly competition is just what we need to see supplements in Australia begin to drop down!

          +'ve from me!

        • Given time, we will have all of these issues sorted.

        • If you are ever interested in migrating your software, the best time is now, when you are still new. It will save alot of money and offer you alot more in the future, you are still a small company, so the overheads in terms of technology won't be big.

I'd be happy to offer advise if you went this route, feel free to pm me.

As you can see, I'm trying to push you away from this 'pre-packaged' bullshit, and to something where you have total control, kinda like buying butcher ham at $1/100g vs buying prepack at $3/100g, one is fresher, cheaper, and nicer, whereas the other is convenient, one is obviously better for you in the long run.

        • Pick up available????

For weight loss you are better off with a slow digesting protein like Micellar Casein + psyllium husks and fish oil. Even better stick with real protein from food and leafy greens and be done with it.

    • +5

Weight loss is determined by calories alone, not types of foods unless you are talking in terms of satiation.

      • Just make sure you are calorie deficit; and it's as simple as that

  • can you give 1 KG free on 5 KG order? as per special offer on your site http://www.protein4all.com.au/wpi-for-free/

  • No. The offer is a referral program. If you purchase a 1kg product and refer 5 friends who each also purchase a 1kg product then you will receive a free 1kg WPC/WPI or Mass Gainer.

  • They must quote your name on purchasing though

I'd rather buy optimum nutrition wpi for $145 for 4545g. Big know brand with great flavours shits on some no name crap that you'll save a few dollars on.

    No deal

    • +2

Just because a company is big does not mean they have a better quality product. This is the mistake many people make. Their protein content is much lower, sodium levels much higher and so is the fat content.

    • I agree, but to be fair, ON has 77% (from memory) protein content while this has 93% (which is pretty much as high as it gets). But yes, for the price I'd personally rather get ON which is one of, if not THE, most reliable/reputable protein brands out there.

      • That is personal choice and we have no problem with that. I think people just need to remember that bigger companies were small once too.

        • -4

Blah blah blah any day of the week I would pay more, go be a tight arse..you don't know the quality of the whey or the conditions your no name shit has been made in…

        • +2

Dude.. dont be so harsh on him.. If you dont want to buy, leave him alone..!!

Do you know what conditions is ON made under?? most of big companies get their stuff made in different factories and just use their brand on it.. I am not saying that ON does that.. but that doesnot mean that this stuff is bad either…!!

Moreover this guy is just trying to set up his business and in the midst, a lot of us are benefiting.!!!

  • Any chance we can pick up to save on shipping?

    • I saw on their Fb they have free local (Sydney?) shipping, didn't see anything about pickup.

      • FB says Western Sydney,I live in the Bankstown area, would I qualify for free shipping? my australian state geography is horrible haha

        • Unfortunately not but, if you were to meet us in the Penrith area we could arrange something.

        • edit: nvm lol. rep i'm contacting you thru pm to organise soemthing :)

        • No problem…..Would you like me to private message you our e-mail address?

        • Ok no problems.

  • It seems cheaper to buy 10 sample bags than 1k?
Sample bags are said to be 0.1kg. $3 x 10 = $30 with free shipping.

    • Samples are only 40g serves.

  • Can you price match this deal?

Or come closer to it -

Postage fee aust wide should not cost more than $11 on a 3KG satchel

less if you use a courier company

Hitting the gym twice a day :) going to do the milkshake

    • This includes all postage and handling fees.

    • I recall a company saying that they can't send this stuff in satchels, on another site or in another deal.

      • Correct. Apparently they tend to burst. It was on ozbargain, and it was nobullsupplements that said it IIRC. Not sure which thread.

  • Just a question: what is the difference between your protein compared to something like this, http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/271079409295?ssPageName=STRK:MEWN… ?

It seems a lot cheaper off eBay.

    • yeah would like to know this to.

    • Wow. Didn't realise WPI could be so cheap. Anyone tried this ebay WPI?

    • Only $3/kg less if you aren't prepared to wait for the bidding to finish.

      • +1

        I just purchased 10kg for $164 delivered. That's $16.4 a kg

    • Organising a write-up. Will have it done by tonight.

They have the same flavours as NoBull, I wonder if they get their stuff from the same supplier.

  • Ooooooo, just realised you guys do weight gainers in the same flavours! Choc-honeycomb gainer would be epic!

    • That's right, we do have mass gainer and instead of your normal 60/40 or 70/30 blend ours is a MASSIVE 80/20 blend and available in all flavours. Choc Honeycomb being our personal favourite!!

  • Love to see a sample pack with all the flavours so we can decide which is best

    • How about a sample pack in the most popular flavours?

      • If you offer a sample pack, I strongly suggest you make it a limited quantity. Trust me :)

  • +1

Umm… So like what's the difference between your protein and the ones from
    NoBullSupplements….

To me, it seems they are exactly the same but re-branded from the same manufacturer:
    - Flavours are very similar if not the same.
    - Both contain 93% WPI, which not many manufacturers have
    - Both are sealed in those "1kg food grade heat sealed resealable foil bag"
    - Your starting offer per kilogram of WPI isn't anything special, NoBullSupplements has their protein at $28.00 per kilo (Choc-Honeycomb)
(But if you order 3KG it's only going to cost you $28.67/KG and for 4KG=$27.60/KG)
    - Shipping for NoBullSupplements $9.95 Flat rate shipping

Sorry but how is this a deal? I fail to understand…

    • Nobull is actually $31.99 per 1kg bag of WPI.

      • On sale price for the (Choc-Honeycomb) as specified:

        http://nobullsupplements.com.au/products/Whey_Protein_Isolat…

        $28.00

If you order 3KG (Pretty standard order of protein):

        $28.67/KG and for 5KG=$27.60/KG

*Shipping for NoBullSupplements $9.95 Flat rate shipping

        • Only 1 flavour…All of ours are included in this deal.

        • +1

          Lol….

          Read post above please.
In particular the section about ordering 3KG or more….
          They are for all flavours.
I think it is pretty self explanatory what I wrote, but do correct me if I am wrong.

          Thanks for your time.

  • Hey Rep,

Can I order now, and pick it up on Wednesday?? I am in penrith then.. I'l pay you cash there..!!!
