Conditions. This offer entitles Eligible Users to an eBay voucher valued at $15 (“Voucher”) when they spend: $70 or more (excluding any discounts and postage costs) in one or more transactions on Eligible Items;
Voucher issue. If you meet all of the Conditions set out in clause 4 above, a Voucher will be issued to your eBay account from on or around 12th January 2024. Please allow up to 14 days for the Voucher to be applied to your account.

These vouchers are generally useless if you already have ebay plus.
They would have been great if they were actually treated as "gift card" balances which could be used in conjunction with existing coupons but they are not and you need to choose one or the other.
