Each fortnight KFC will offer online/app accounts one of about half a dozen different deals for the week. I figured it would be best to consolidate them all into one deal instead of having a few posts of different offers.

You need to have email marketing turned on in account settings to get offered one of the deals. You also need to have a store selected that is currently open.

      Dry chicken fillet, fillet is also thinner than they used to be by about half, not the freshest lettuce and mayo dribbed all over X2. Oversalted chips.

          Every KFC I visit has oversakted chips to yhe point it just feels like you’re eating salt and no chips.

            @I Smell Pennies: I'm always torn between asking for extra salt or not. If you don't, there is no salt (it's like they forget) and if you do they drown them in salt. I wish there was an option for "please don't forget to salt the chips!". I just want them regularly salted.

              @shkippy: Bubble tea places let you specify "No/Little/Half/Normal" ice - you'd think KFC could at least give a "less salt" and "more salt" option. Unlike choosing chicken pieces, I doubt they'd have any stock issues.

        At least you probably get the original fillets with original recipe coating. Here in SA it's either the zinger/hot & crispy or plain crispy which is really bland. The prices go up, the quality goes down. The potato/gravy ain't what it used to be, and i'm furious that the gravy has shrunk in size, yet no one seemed to notice.

        I actually like the chips oversalted - makes them edible for when they're cold and limp or have been sitting there too long.

        I have to wonder how people can eat meals from KFC delivered by Menulog, Uber, etc - chips would be soggy and food barely warm or fresh (even if it was to begin with).

    they're gaslighting us with their current 2 piece box (aka feed) 'online deal' at $12.45. it used to be $9.95 earlier this year from memory, then $10.95 (original 3 piece feed price). beware the faux deal. McDonald's also try it now and again with things like sml cheeseburger meal with extra (overpriced anyway) cheeseburger for like $8-$9.

      6 for $6.95 tenders is their month long deal (4-5 weeks) offered to everyone with unlimited uses. It'll change to a new deal on the 27th.

    Had the $8.95 Double Burger Meal today. Very nice. I had a problem with the app where the add to order button was greyed out and it wouldn't let me add it to the cart. But when I added a normal menu item first then I could add the special item, and just removed the normal menu item before placing the order.
