I highly doubt there were more than 50 people who bought this who were actively looking or wanting an ice bath. I don't think honouring this would have led to a profit in the long run for this company

Received a call from UK number and they asked how I got to know about the code and then went on telling that someone hacked their system and created this code.
The cancellation email was received but this was very poor handling.
