What's the context?
There was a recent deal for the TUF but the 4060 variant (SKU: FA507XV-LP020W) for $1199, that was beyond excellent value for what was given. Lots took the chance, and made the purchase only to find scorptec had cancelled the orders citing a pricing error (which would make sense given just how cheap it was compared to what you got).
So now people are admittedly shy of being bitten twice (though this deal is nowhere near as good in terms of value proposition as the previous)
