I find them to have better tasting pizza's then pizza hut. Combine with the free garlic bread upon completing feedback at my local, i think it is a pretty good deal.
but the prices are marginally more and pizza are smaller. Like If i wanted a better tasting pizza, I would not buy dominos or pizza hut
With coupon codes, it can end up being cheaper… 40% code is easily obtained.
I got on Domino's on the last SB deal and was disappointed after not having it for years. The only thing I'd give them is their base is more like bread than PH's crappy oily and airy dough base.
Domino's is smaller. Toppings probably all from the same sources as PH anyway.
Comparing prices Domino's Supreme is $15 VS PH $16.45… But again, smaller.

@Quarter Pounder: I should add that I think both are bordering not even being a food grade product with such poor quality ingredients. Everything chemically enhanced and engineered to fit a budget. So unless it's 100% cashback then I won't even consider. No need to even think about coupons.

@kickling: What is your suggestion for the alternative? I find the 40%-50% off (+ this extra cashback) is acceptable. The size is for 1-2 people based on KJ. Mostly I order their premium so the taste is okay. Can't complain at the discount/cashback price.
Maybe your local store is not good. Same as my local store but after my complaint the store has been better and I'm happy so far.

Just the dominos feedback form. It's a special at my local. I don't think it's at every store

Tracked for me. Always order via mobile data to avoid tracking issues.
Same as quarter pounder, I’ve ordered Pizza Hut on 4 occasions of ShopBack cash back and everyone has tracked, two paid out already on the exact date listed.
One I have always done is pay with PayPal because it was listed in the notes one time as have a much better chance at tracking. Give a try next time perhaps?

I’d recommend using card payments directly on Domino’s ordering as opposed to PayPal for a better tracking experience. PayPal is less reliable.
Internally we've had more tracking issues with Cashreward than ShopBack at Dominos.
Last time did not track on SB.

@Quarter Pounder: Ordering over mobile data shouldn't make a difference, and also read comments on previous recent deals, there's been numerous people not having their orders tracked even days later. I've so far only had 1/4 SB Domino's orders track, have had to submit claims for the other three (this also means the extra $2 bonus cashbacks in the app haven't "completed"). My one order via CR tracked fine.
Rep is unresponsive to DMs, no reply to my DM from 9 days ago (he has time to keep posting deals but won't reply to members regarding missing cashback).
@MiscOzB: Yeah last one didnt track for me so i submitted a missing cashback claim. Find out in March how that goes but history with SB is those are generally simply declined.

Ordered on mobile with mobile data last deal but no go. Seems Domino’s is one of the few rare stores that don’t track via SB for me.
My order on desktop tracked however my wife's on on phone went untracked, last deal

Sorry mate, been under the pump and also had to take some time off due to personal reasons. Doing my best to get back on top of it all.
If you have any tracking issues at all, your best bet is always a Missing Cashback Claim with our customer care team do that this can be resolved. I can't issue Cashback or these claims myself, so that's always your best path to get it seen to. It's also the best way for us to be aware of tracking issues and have multiple use cases to draw on to investigate with the merchant. Domino's are still pretty new to ShopBack, so there may be some occasional teething issues, all that we are willing to work on resolving and ensure you get your Cashback should things go awry. If you have any issues or queries about a claim, do reach out via DM and I'll get back to as soon as humanly possible.

Looks like Shopback had another technical issue last dominos deal. I'm in the same boat with it not being tracked but previous dominos did. The last time I had an issue that was declined was back in 2020 and they eventually gave out the cash back on that one with the huge backlash from the ozbargain community.
Maybe @gotyourback will acknowledge this issue and reassure us the same won't happen for this deal and/or submitted missing cashback will be paid?
