      Long time lurker but saw this comment and hope this helps someone avoid the hassle we've had
      We joined topcashback back in March and ordered during their 100% cash back promo in May. Everything seemed to track and cashback email came instantly. We were having some friends and family over and decided to spread the word. Everything seemed ok at the time and their promos seemed to be better than Shopback and Cashrewards at the time. This was until recently when I actually tried to cashout fhe pending amounts which have since been confirmed for withdrawal. The claim went in fine and bank details were provided back in November with their confirmation email. After 3 weeks no money was deposited and I raised a ticket. I was then told the withdrawal has been put on hold because they need to confirm if I had multiple accounts and to confirm which account I wanted to keep. After confirming this was the only account I have and a long week of silence from them I was asked to give them my Pizza hut receipt. This was sent last week and still no actual money has come into my account. Another family who joined told me they have had similar issues with them and have given up as they did not want to provide any personal details (apparently they were asked for Chemist warehouse receipts with addresses etc).

      Long sotry short I will be sticking with Shopback and Cashrewards (when they come to the party) and avoid the hassle with Top(No)CashBack.

      Hope this saves someone a month of their lives dealing with them!

        TCB does not like reference relations within a family, which may be written in its T&Cs. It looks like operating on a scale with less marketing budget so that it has to do business in a smarter way. FYI, I am not a fan of it.

        I had exactly same experience but luckily after jumping through many hoops we managed to get out cashout paid for all 3 of us (family members). I ordered Pizza Hut using my account so all 3 orders were with my email. They did not accept this. Be careful to use different account details for each purchase in case they ask for receipts to verify multiple accounts issue. Basically the account details of the shop (Pizza Hut, CWH, whatever) needs to match the name on the TCB account if they decide to flag your account and investigate. I'm with you. Glad I got my cashback but i will be limiting my use of TCB due to this potential hassle

    $16.99 - 30%(Hutt5130) = $11.52 - $10(cash back) =$1.52

    Is this maths right?

          I never trust "claim cashback" so that I only do pre-order and cancel it with no tracking. Cancellation can be only done by calling the store on the day of ordering.

    Has anyone ordered wings in advance and got the $1 wing Wednesday deal? My wife has had enough pizza :( so wanted to try wings on $1 Wednesday, but showing full price. Tuesday half price offer works when ordering ahead but seems WingStreet offer doesn't work booking ahead.
