So for these challenges, much like all our other challenges, the Bonus amount is paid out when the original Cashback for the purchases you've made to qualify here is confirmed. Until then, if you head to the "History" button under the Earn More tab on our app, you can see the status of these challenges. I've taken liberty of checking both of your accounts, and can see that both the October and November Challenges are "Reward Pending" meaning you've completed the Challenges and once your original Cashback amount are approved, the bonus will be added. Cheers!

          You must have better visibility than us. I checked the app and browser, and no challenges appear under OCT or NOV. I can see the purchases that tracked, but nothing else.

      This is an opt-in cap challenge not redemption cap, so of course no need to worry about it running out as long as you opted in.

      The above also makes it difficult and has occurred recently. Plus the ambiguous and contradictory T&Cs.

      If orders don't track or show correct cashbacks, good luck in getting customer support. A lot of chasing and waiting…
