Yea ShopBack always struggle with Amazon tracking. Most of my Amazon purchases were untracked as well. ShopBack works better with eBay
I had an issue with an Amazon order from September, it is stuck on 'calculating'. There was $5 bonus too. I've tried to contact @gotyourback but no response. So yes seems there are some issues with Amazon tracking..

Its usually to compensate for GST. Most sites report their purchase/cashback amount ex-gst.
$9.00 seems to be the actual minimum.

sweet, i separated the transactions into 3 different orders under the same email/number, and will be using the same ID to activate all 3 and selecting "get a new number", if this all works well then their system is robust haha

good news @attalisie all 3 of my BOOST purchases tracked correctly and the challenge completed, reward pending :) you should also see it soon on your side. Now lets hope that Boost Cashback is done good as well as they did state "Multiple SIM purchases need to be made as separate transactions"

@Kathiepink: yes Kathie, users have reported that as long as you select "get a new number" when you receive and activate your SIM in the mail then it counts as a "New customer" New customer AND as GYB has said in the past people have been able to buy multiple SIMS and got their Cashback. Now GYB is getting FINAL CLARIFICATION from BOOST regarding the situation but myself and many others took the onus and purchased anyway, since the $15 cashback has limited redemptions.
@Kathiepink: Allegedly You cannot have more than 35 services active on a single account. If you seek to activate a service on an account in excess of that number, the activation will fail. I would start deactivating Numbers once i hit 20 or more numbers for my ID, I do not believe i have a use case where i need more than 20 numbers for myself (unlike some other OZbargainers i know of lol). Also personally im no where near 35 at this point in time!

buying 3 is easy also tracked yes, but now the issue is we need to activate them, otherwise tracking will fail and we all out of pocket of 3x full price of boost without any cashback
