I made a purchase using $5 eBay plus code at 3:25am, the click was registered but the cashback wasn't tracked.
Two other purchases from other stores were tracked. So the eBay is outstanding. I don't want to miss out on a $15 cahcback. Should I be worried?In order to not miss out I bought something what I was planning to buy from Catch. Now, three transactions have tracked. eBay hasn't but if it won't it's not a big deal.
Hey mate, sorry to hear, yeah eBay do have a 7 day tracking window, so they can take a short while for the purchase to be confirmed by them. Glad to hear you were able to redeem in the end!

The $15 bonus gets approved roughly 3 days after your transactions get approved.

You 3x Boost guys might be making a huge gamble here. Feels like either SB or Boost can invalidate at any time. I had like 10 Menulogs pending for months then all of a sudden they all got rejected

I agree that they don't have the same Boost track record that CR has, but I think they can get there. It's worth a shot imo.

Hey there, once the purchase tracks the Bonus amount should still track, provided the challenge isn't fully redeemed before it tracks. CWH has a 3 day window for tracking, but I typically find it'll track with in 24 hours of making your purchase. Let me know if you have any trouble here!

Hey GYB, I'm on the same boat here. Made 6 Chemist Warehouse transactions between wife's and my own account. Hers tracked within 2 hrs but mine hasn't since midday. I'm a bit worried that by the time I submit my missed tracking tickets, all rewards would be claimed. Might need your help in that case. TIA.

Hey mate, sorry to hear! Yeah the three purchases do need to be successfully tracked and approved for the Bonus to be awarded. It doesn't matter if your original purchases are refunded/cancelled and the Cashback invalidated, so long as you have made all 3 purchases within the Challenge timeframe.

@Kathiepink: Sorry I worded that poorly, that's correct, your purchases that are being refunded will be invalidated, and will not count towards the challenge. You will need to have 3 purchases tracked within the Challenge period and approved, so will need to make 2 more purchases to replace these two that will be rejected.
@Kathiepink: If you've already had the three purchases tracked, the reward should be pending already. It'll be paid out once 3 valid purchases during the timeframe are approved.
Made 3 purchases, transaction tracked and received Shopback notification that i have completed the challenge and earned $15 bonus. Does that mean I am part of the 1500 redemptions?

Can you confirm if the redemption limit has been hit yet. I cannot see it in my appWhen I click the link it says 1067 rewards left.

Hey mate, ignore the below - Amazon purchases that track at $0 should still be "approved" in our system, so should still count towards this Challenge. eBay's system have trouble with approving these $0 Cashback amounts, but I haven't had any trouble with Amazon myself.

Yesterday I did multi buys on ebay and amazon but today SB only shows two ebay tracks.I'll do another ebay today but kinda sucky that I may miss out as amazon doesnt play new to SB

What I noticed was my 3rd transaction of ebay has cashback as 'calculating' for some reason and it between all challenge rewards were claimed. Not even sure how to raise the case. could you help pls…

My 3 Amazon orders have now tracked and sat calculating , the deal hasn’t updated to say successful , what do I do?
My Amazon tracked with the correct amounts including Westpac 2% but the $15 bonus has not tracked and not showing the orders within it. @GYB any reason for this? I did 3 seperate Amazon orders which all tracked separately so I could get this. Will be disappointed if this doesn’t work.

Same with me @gotyourback My Amazon purchase tracked but the timestamp is showing 00:00 so I’m guessing that’s why it’s not reflecting in the challenge
Amazon always tracks as 00:00. Last challenge for $1 it tracked fine. Although I did it on the second day last time not the first. No idea what has gone wrong this month.

Actually, never mind, I think I've figured out what's happened. Amazon bulk track their purchases with us with a purchase time reported of 00:00, so the Challenge sees the purchase as being from before your opt-in time which is why it's not registering. I'm flagging this with the team to see if we can find a solution ASAP.
I have a similar issue with different online stores (ebay, aliexpress&cwh). All 3 tracked on Wed but challenge status only shows 2 as of today)
Hey all, just an update that we are working on pulling a list of all users who shopped with Amazon to redeem this offer and getting them manually credited for this Bonus. @tekken: Hey mate, if the purchases aren't tracked at all, that's separate to the above, the above refers to users who have had the Cashback tracked but haven't had the Challenge complete for them. Amazon do have a 4 day tracking window, though I typically find they will track 24-48 hours later. There is a chance should the purchase not track that you'll miss out on redeeming the Challenge, if that ends up being the case, let me know and I can take a closer look.

Hmmm, seems like a display issue to me, Amazon's tracking comes through in batches and they report it as occurring at midnight on the day of purchasing (so if you bought at say 3pm on the 1st, it gets reported to us at 00:00 on the 1st). Can't see that 31st date on my end for your accounts, so I think it's just displaying an incorrect date, potentially as a timezone thing because of daylight savings.

@gotyourback I placed 3 orders with Chemist Warehouse at $9.48 each and all tracked within a few hours. However the challenge still does not update. Wondering if this has to do with the minimum order value? It says spend at least $9.00 for each purchase but the T&C's say $10? Which one is correct?
