Hey mate, the minimum spend for this is $10, the reason the Challenge says $9.09 is because that is a $10 purchase minus GST, and purchase amounts are reported to us without GST included.
You should clearly state that in the challenge then. The exact wording is "Spend at least $9.00 for each purchase" without any mention of GST. This is confusing and borderline deceptive. Wasted my time and will now have to cancel those orders.

Amazon and eBay purchases made yesterday arvo (2/11). Neither of them tacked or confirmed. Wondering what will happen if 1500 claims reached before they are tracked.

None of my 3 orders yesterday have registered :(
Made 4 orders. First 2 tracked , second 2 (Ali express and Temu) did not
My 3 orders that made 2 days ago on Amazon tracked on shopback yesterday but still nothing on the challenge page.
However, just 2hrs ago I made a PizzaHut order and it already tracked both pages.I think Amazon order has something problem with this challenge.

Hey all, if you've shopped at Amazon as part of your redemption of this challenge and facing issues, do read the thread of updates here.
If you've shopped 3 times (not including Amazon purchases), but because of delayed tracking have missed out on redeeming, I'm working on getting some users who shopped right at the end of the redemptions to be credited as Goodwill. Unfortunately some users will miss out as this challenge was limited by redemptions, but I'm working on getting some who just barely missed out credited here, and have suggested in future that Challenges such as this one are limited by Opt-In as opposed to Redemptions to mean spots are guaranteed. These Goodwill credits for users that just missed out should be completed by the end of the week.

Opt-in is the way to go. Otherwise it feels more like a competition due to having no control over order the tracking speed.

@gotyourback I also made three orders. 1 from boost and 2 ubereats orders. All were tracked before the challenge was fully redeemed but only 2/3 showed in the challenge.
Similar situation for me :( especially when Amazon takes more than 24 hours to track

just reach out to rep. I had similar exp in October challenge yet to be resolved.
I made three purchases around 1 am on 4th November and all my three orders tracked but still waiting for the bonus. Now it shows I missed the $15 bonus in challenge despite making purchases well before all the rewards were fully redeemed. I guess it was fully redeemed around 11 am?
$15 Online - bonus added(pending) on my cashback list at 15:41(AEST).
