There's also the cheaper deal without the game which is $649 but I think Diablo 4 is worth the extra!

  • Does this come with a physical game or a code? When I bought my PS5 bundle I could return the physical game instantly for a refund making the deal cheaper again.

    • A code

    • Return or trade in? I've done this but with trading in my games to EB (don't really get much out of it though).

      • Return. Went into the store and grabbed my bundle, then while still at the counter I grabbed the game and asked if I could return it for a refund. I ended up getting full price for it.

    Diablo IV $10, reasonable price.

    • Exactly!

Huge fan of D2 and it's a travesty what they have done with the series. I thought D3 was bad and it looks like a decent game compared to this.

@CptnObvious The downvotes are likely evidence of a gap in basic humour. I'm confident you were trolling, my friend, and I for one, enjoyed.it. You're welcome to tell me I am wrong though. 🙂

With that logic - may as well just watch people eat food on youtube. No need to buy food to eat for yourself.

      Same with exercise.

      (I know you’re trolling heh)

Looks like the Diablo deal is digital edition console by the looks of it just FYI probably why it isn't much dearer than the disc edition without game.

    • The game itself is digital and linked to the console. The console itself has a disc drive. Its a normal Xbox Series X console.

Series X consoles all have disc drives.
Series S consoles are digital downloads only.

Next year there’s a rumoured / leaked digital only Series X. But thats going to be cylinder shaped and since it hasnt yet been officially confirmed or announced by Microsoft might not actually release. But as of today there’s no digital only Xbox Series X.

You can confirm is has a blu-ray drive by looking at the spec sheet. I must admit their advertising for it isnt very clear. They fumbled everything with the naming and branding of these consoles. Its even confusing for enthusiasts at times.

      • Oh my bad you are correct yes it's a bit confusing! Thanks!

  • I hope this isn’t the best of the deal pretty much. Was hoping for much closer to $600

The game included is not a physical copy nor a download code.

Instead it's a 'digital direct' copy, where it's baked into the console itself and will only activate when you first setup the console. It cannot be separated and therefore cannot be re-sold.

Funny I sold two of these from the MS store on eBay at the same price using my amex offers

    • Wait what?

      • Whenever I get these amex offers, I split the discount with a buyer on ebay. So in this case, he got a discount of $50 and I made a profit of $50.

    Diablo 4 what a disappointment…

How much do you have to pay to not have to go back into a HN?

      • +1

I’m happy to take the 10% as the commission of not going back into a HN 🤪
