I’ve waited since C was released and it never got there. So about a year wait now.
1079 was the best it got to through Samsung.
Sub $1000 has been achievable through, price matching and gift cards.
Anyone had any luck with Samsung app purchase? Do they price match and offer loyalty codes for soundbars?
I asked them for Price match a TV via chat today , and they refused. However they said if I could provide the photo of compliance plate of my current samsung tv, they will give me 10% discount voucher. That was new for me
For soundbar, on Black Friday, I received a call from Samsung offering me 50% off voucher code, for being a valued customer of course. And the code worked for 2 x soundbars in my Cart, stacked with first time app purchase discount.
I wrote to Jb hifi for pricematch and and they gave me 999 over the chat.
Worth trying.They said they will just pricematch, any chance you can PM me your screenshot, hide other details by all means pls

JB can only match the price, can't go any lower.

The basketlink is typically sent as text message. You click on link and will open Browser page. That link may work. Most android phones also screenshot with power and down volume button at same time
Only difference in link for basket is order no at the end, that might work as well for price matching purpose

Goodguys chat offered $1100Tried JB and won't go below 1148. Tried good guys and said at first only the 1206 9f eBay, then showed another link at 1148. Then said that on ozbargain your colleagues are offering at 1100. And the person ended the chat without responding. .
Update; Started chat again and got another person and they provided 1100.
Now question is whether we think will go lower, or when will the new model (should be announced next week at CES) have a similar price. Rumours as that there is not much a new model can provide to better this, but could be 4k/120hz HDMI 2.1 ports.
