More Boxing Day deals for you to end the night!

Just as the title says, there's currently 12% cashback on BWS purchases made via Cashrewards.

Special Terms

  • You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

  • Champagne, Penfolds, non-alcoholic products (sparkling wine & non-alcoholic beer are eligible).
  • Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
  • Orders paid partially or in full with Everyday Rewards dollars.
  • Purchases via the BWS mobile app.
  • Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
  • Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

    Also 10% for 6+ bottles of wine. Grabbed a few Croser NV sparkling white ($20 each) for New Year's and a few Grant Burge Barossa Ink shiraz ($16), both of special.

    Don't bother with these cashback offers with BWS and Cashrewards. The last one on 3 November didn't track for me, then I had to submit a claim.

    It took until 1 February for them to respond declining the cashback, with response below.

    Thanks for your patience while our team followed up on the query sent though to BWS for your untracked cashback.

    From the resolution details that the store has provided to us I can see that this particular sale has not been attributed to Cashrewards. This means that after clicking though Cashrewards, a click was made (likely unknowingly) supporting another marketing channel which has resulted in Cashrewards not receiving any commission on your purchase to pass back to you.

    Due to the resolution outlined by the store, this transaction has been marked as declined in your Cashrewards account. We’re just as disappointed as you are that the outcome is not what either of us had hoped for. Just like you, we haven't received any payment for this sale.

    There are quite a few reasons why transactions may be attributed to another channel other than Cashrewards. I've listed a few below that I find are the most common.
    Having opened other web pages (including search sites, social media, other store sites) or web browsers whilst visiting the store;
    Clicking though to another page from a banner or ad on the store's webpage whilst shopping;
    AdBlock/Antivirus/cleanup application tasks may remove tracking cookies (which are required to track transactions); or
    Use of a coupon code not listed on Cashrewards.

    None of the above applied to me, and I made sure to click through the Cashrewards site and didn't go to any other sites/ click banners of ads/ have any blockers.

    If there is evidence of a click from their website, which there was, they should honour the cashback.
