  I bought another one. Tested USB A to C, it did not fast charge S23 Ultra. I did not have a USB C to C cable yet lol

    Yeah it says it supports PPS. It's 12V max on the USB-C port, and does not give the PPS voltage range, but should do 3.3V - 11V, and thus support Samsung 25W charging.
