    I think it's only a limited run. The black 250gb are still the main ones but they are still $299 or $350.

  Says that the 320gb harddrive has to be installed, so it seems this is really a 4gb with a 320gb hdd (and 3 games) for $50.

  Not sure what if any warranty issues this raises?

    No changes to the normal 12-month warranty. Hard Drive changes are fully supported by Microsoft.

  i just bought one, i can confirm that it is a 4gb model which comes with a xbox hdd that you insert inside.
