This is how I requested 15% loyalty discount
“Hi, i am looking to buy a TV and one of my friend mentioned that Samsung is offering 15% loyalty discount with online chat”
Yeah, back in stock but App discount has dropped to 5%
Anyone have any luck recently getting the 15% loyalty discount. I keep getting offered 10% max

I was only able to get the 10% discount but I tried again the next day and fortunately, I got another agent who was able to give me 15% voucher.
To make things more interesting….to my surprise, both discounts were stackable + 5% app discount + TV trade…75" cost me around $1220, and now only awaiting delivery :)
Could you share which chat you used? through the app, website or other? Also did you choose a special group like Product & Shopping/Order/Support ??
@MilkDrinker I believe I used the browser chat on both occasions but on different days.
I was able to get the 15% voucher the next day while i was checking the warranty period with them and they had to transfer me to a different team.
To my surprise the 10% voucher + 15% staked in the cart within the app with the additional 5% app usage discount.
With the the tv return I paid like $1217 which is not bad to replace a 6 year old 55 inch with this new 75 inch TV.
Thanks, I tried the checking the warranty period with the chat and like a commenter somewhere on ozbargain said, I think its now likely an ai bot.
They "transferred" me to the Service team despite the fact they wrote down the team only being available mon-fri 8am-8pm. I chatted with them today/Sunday… I suspect that either low level chat/ai bot can only give 10% now, while higher level teams might be able to give 15%
Yes the discounts are 5 percent now, no longer ten percent
